ate a small bowl of raisin brand, and went to the gym to do a rushed 40-min chest workout
Incline BB Bench: 135x10, 155x6, 165x5, 175x5, 185x5, dropset right back down.
DB Bench: 80x8, 70x10, 70x8, 60x10
Incline Cable Flyes superset Decline Cable Flyes: 30x10 + 30x10, 40x10 + 40x10, x2, 30x10 + 30x10
Pretty much no more than 90 seconds of rest between sets. Numbers were low, but it hit my chest well.
Diet has been pretty bad this weekend, and i dont think im putting on any fat, thanks to the anabeta :biggthumpup: I'll get back on track on monday and try and get a little more definition going

preworkouts DEFINITELY hinder workouts. but i didn't like the taste, and i didn't like that I couldn't achieve a much of a pump. And the gas was pretty annoying.haha, taste was that bad? Or no pumps the problem? I honestly think preworkouts can HINDER workouts... Ive trained recently with nothing in me but some BCAAs, creatine, BA, alcar and I still pretty much get the same pumps....

it's ridiculous, I had to completely ditch my low-carb diet, but when i did i realized that im still staying lean. its so sweet, cheat meals dont even phase meI'm looking forward to the Anabeta! I just upped my cals too, so should be good to see how it takes care of the carbs.

still hitting it hard even though you are going through some tough times! Just dial back the volume a bit and get those heavy sets and not over work your body.
I'd say strength is the only place where I took a hit. My numbers are down. theyre higher than before the cycle, but definitely down from when i was "on"... i dont have much of a problem with this because my physique has improved so much that im "turning a blind eye" to the strength loss.Strength wise hows it going?

burnt out on some lightweight single arm t-bar rows, targeting upper back
Deadlifts felt strong today. Didnt want to push it too hard and go for a new PR because my back felt tight after the first set of 405. That chest workout really did the trick.
Dang man, that is some MEAN deadlifts. Good call on the not pushing it on the PR. Dont wanna get injured, specially in PCT when you need to upkeep that body comp/weight.
