I like the feeding window, but would suggest fasted workouts if possible. Alphamine before fasted training is a recipe for success when cutting. If you can't pull it off, your plan looks good as well :thumbsup:
I like the Idea of fasted training as well, but I get off work at 330 and if I get done working out at 530-ish I would only have a feeding window of like 6-10 (bedtime)... that's not a very long time to put away ~2900-3100 calories before the next fast. I REALLY want to maintain this muscle I've put on :/
