So I was an idiot and went out last night for my buddy's birthday.. ended up staying out til 5am at an afterhours club downtown. drank way too much (I rarely drink). Took carboxy, fish oil, fiber, and a baby aspirin before bed (6am) slept til about 2. Woke up feeling like a million bucks.. So I'm gonna try and hit heavy legs today. Just shocked I have motivation for this. Stim time.

Day 19 of the stack

Heavy legs

Ended up feeling really lazy until my weekday lifting partner showed up. He was doing deads also, so I had to go hard. Got me sped up, and it ended up being an amazing day for deads. First day in my new balance minimus shoes also, and I like the flat soles alot - especially for legs.

Full depth squats (past parallel)
1. 225x10
2. 225x10
3. 245x8

Deadlifts:
1. 225x10
2. 275x6
3. 315x6
4. 315x6
5. 365x3 PR
6. 405x1 PR - New 1RM

Bulgarian lunges? (never tried them - friend suggested them. One leg on bench while lunging holding a dumbbell)(balence was difficult for me)
1. 30x10ea
2. 30x10ea
3. 30x10ea

Hamstring curl machine:
1. 160x12
2. 175x10
3. 175x10
4. 190x7

Hip adductor machine:
1. 175x20
2. 175x20
3. 190x15
4. 190x15

Hip Abductor machine:
1. 175x20
2. 175x20
3. 190x15
4. 190x15

ATG squat burnout

Slept all day, though :p

I feel like I'm seeing alot of improvement on deads because I did them for the first time about 6 months ago. I never used to do legs often, and when I did I had horrible form. Doing legs, and doing them often and correctly has made me an anabolic machine. I was wasting my time before I did legs

So I had to push chest day back until tomorrow. I had that same issue yesterday with my elbow pain.. just relaxing and it happened. been irritated all Fck!ng day too... Really makes me mad because I've been doing so well lately in the gym.. the last thing I want to do is take steps back.. there always seems to be something to trip me up.. Seriously feels like a bone spur stuck underneath my Brachioradialis muscle, so that when I extend my arm the muscle is being compressed against a sharp object from beneath. So painful. I've tried Icing, anti-inflammatories, and an at-home shock therapy machine. God this sh!t sucks... Hoping it feels moderately better tomorrow. There is NOTHING I hate more than missing my workouts.

Only good thing that happened today is my ABE came in for my next phase along with Protean RVC and other goodies...

Sorry to hear about your elbow man; that's a tough spot to be in. I can't stand missing a workout either, but the last thing you want is to make it worse and be sidelined for a while. Be careful bud, and hopefully things will improve quickly.

Be careful with that injury man. I strained my brachioradialis a few years back in a game and after the adrenaline wore off that was one of the worst acute pains I've felt. Thought I popped my elbow out of place the pain was so bad when I straightened it. Took awhile to feel back to normal again but that may be because I was still trying to lift (with poor results) and I still played in games since it was playoffs

Thanks Guys. I think I'm just gonna have a Leg "week" this week. Try and keep from worsening it. Although the shock massage thing I have was kinda cool. Really fast twitching contractions. Seems somewhat better now. Sleep is probably best. Popped some 1-carboxy and some Cissus XT - Time for rest. Tomorrow is another day.

Thanks man! So glad I can workout today! Probably going to take it easy! Also, I switched from USPowders bulk cissus to SNS cissus XT - Wow on day two and I already notice less joint discomfort in my knees and elbows. I opened up a capsule and the SNS is a completely different color too.. lol.

Happy birthday! Sounds like it'll be an epic feeding. ;)
Thanks Bros - its actually on Sunday! It was rather Epic. I Thought about it.. probably 150g worth of protein between all of the bacon wrapped chicken, bacon wrapped filet mignon, flank steak, garlic picanha, and top sirloin... Matter of fact, the only non-meat thing I had was lobster bisque soup. I will sleep like a baby tonight :D

Day 22 of the BLOWUP stack (yesterday) - after Monday off.

Like I said: the elbow tweaked a little bit during the exercises, but this was probably due to so much muscle massage in the past couple of days from the injury. My left elbow felt really weak. So I am going to mix it up for the remainder of the week and throw in a legs day today(Wed) and a core/ cardio day tomorrow. Friday I will plan on doing back/ shoulders if I feel comfortable enough.

Regardless I have some soreness from yesterdays chest lift. Wasn't too bad of a workout overall.

Declined DB press:
1. 75x15
2. 95x10
3. 100x4 (tweaked elbow)

Inclined DB press:
1. 85x10
2. 85x9
3. 85x9
4. 85x8

Isolated Flat DB press (One arm):
1. 85x8ea
2. 85x7ea
3. 85x8ea

Inclined DB flyes (25/30 deg):
1. 60x10
2. 60x10
3. 60x9
4. 60x9
5. 65x6 (tweaked elbow)

One arm iso peck deck: (working arm to 130% rep range - maximum contraction):
1. 175x10ea
2. 175x10ea
3. 190x9 ea
4. 205x7ea
5. 225x6ea

Pretty decent overall, Still have meat gut from all that food last night :flush:

Day 23 of the stack

My buddy showed up today- I think we are almost considered lifting partners at this point. Which is good, because hes about 40lbs bigger than I, and maybe 3/4 % more BF. Anyways, He is a bit stronger than I am, so that always pushes me to go harder. Swapped in heavy legs again to avoid to much elbow movement.

Deep squats (slightly past parallel):
1. 135x20
2. 135x20
3. 135x15
4. 185x12
5. 225x8
6. 135x12

Leg Sled:
1. 12plates x 12
2. 14plates x10
3. 16plates x 8
4. 16plates + (2)25's x 7
5. 18plates x 6

Deadlifts:
1. 225x12
2. 225x10
3. 315x7
4. 365x4
5. 385x2
6. 405x1

Hamstring curl machine:
1. 175x10
2. 175x10
3. 175x10

Weighted lunges- around a 1/16th mi track, with a pair of 30lb dbs. stop at each corner for a 30 sec wall sit: 2 laps - MOST KILLER

Smith machine calf raises (5 sec drop):
1. 95x10
2. 95x10
3. 95x10
4. 95x10

My legs are cashed out to the max. friggin 2 hour workout.

Time to annihilate some food.

P.s. Elbow feeling good all day. just a little sore from massaging it. :)

804, that's an awesome deal you got man. I can't believe they taste that good either; it's ridiculous. Put one in the microwave for ~12 seconds and your head might explode

Thanks y'all! I an going to need like 10 boxes for my upcoming cut! I will definitely try microwaving them today!

Trying to be careful with the elbow. You guys should see the contraption I put on it when I sleep (It rolls the tendon over often when I'm sleeping in an awkward position) - I wrap a pillow around my arm with a belt on it to keep my arm reasonably straight.. hahaha

Solid workout as always brother. Are you keeping the log going through the next stack?

I like the feeding window, but would suggest fasted workouts if possible. Alphamine before fasted training is a recipe for success when cutting . If you can't pull it off, your plan looks good as well
