Woke up today feeling like complete ass from this night shift. Sucks because all the people on day shift call me when I'm trying to sleep to ask questions about my project... Sh!t is awful. But Today I got in gear really quick to hit legs. My fatigue kicked in after the first exercise. Thank god I only have 2 more nights after tonight. It is nice to have this long overnight shift to read up all night.. and listen to SuperHumanRadio on full blast at my desk :D


Also, excited my next wave of OEProtein NP deals arrive tomorrow :dance:

Oh yeah, amazing pumps! Its by far my #1 non-stim pre-workout. I typically mix it with stim pre's. I have even mixed it with my Intra-BCAA's... the lemon flavor is great!

Got home from my LAST night shift this morning at 4AM to my NP package sitting on the table! Made my night! So glad thats over with. Had a good long nice recovery sleep until about 1pm. Placed another order at NP for the 4th of July sale. I'm got more OEProtein of course and a bunch of other goodies like purple wraath, gameday (looks decent), trutein, stash of anabeta, and a buch of USPlabs stuff!

And yes it was awful getting used to it for just a week... Now it sucks getting used to day shift again.. Can't make myself fall asleep before 12 midnight...

Yeah I work till 6am on weekends, twelve hour shift. It's ok once you get used to it, but you never feel as good or as full of energy when you're on days

Yeah, I think some of that got cut off. I was doing a set of 21's with a barbell, then 2 sprinted laps (5 circuits total)

AM: 2 Multivitamin + 1 cap PES erase + 2 fish oil + 1 gut health (Will be adding Anabeta again when my next shipment comes in)

Mid Morning: 1-2 scoops Alphamine

Pre-workout: one of the following: (Enhanced, Focus XT, Mr. Hyde, Hemavol, Conquer, Craze, or Jack3d micro) + 1 cap agmatine (500mg) + Sns Creatine Mono (5-10g based on preworkout) + 1 cap USPlabs AP (Will be adding Anabeta again when my next shipment comes in)

Intra: Modern BCAA+ sometimes I add a 1/2 scoop of OEP powder

Post: ~25-35g protein powder (OEP, Protean, or Trutein) + anabeta (soon)

PM (dinner): 1 cap multivitamin + 2 fish oils + 1 cap erase

PM (1 hour before bed): Casein shake


I probably forgot a few things. Think I need anything else?

Obviously Enhanced and Micro are two top-tier preworkouts

I'm actually a pretty equal fan of all of them for the right reasons. I like to rotate PWO's just out of my own preference. Here's my breakdowns:

Hemavol: Love it for a great non-stim pump. Has great pumping agents like Agmatine, citrulline malate, and norvalline with no added stims. King of explosive pumps

Craze: The tunnel vision king of PWO's. Mild amount of caffeine. gotta have those days in the gym where there are no conversations and the headphones stay on the whole time.

Focus XT: Great for mental clarity with a good amount of caffeine. Great on a day where I want to focus on smaller muscle groups and really focus on hitting specific fibers and the angles that best work them. I'm not a guru on the ingredients of this one, but based on something Coop posted a while back I was sold on the actual "focus profile" of this PWO

Mr. Hyde: really more of a high octane "mainstream" pre-workout. Some days when I'm really exhausted or fatigued, Hyde is the best pick-me-up. High volume of caffeine, agmatine, L-leucine, and Beta alanine is sure to get me going after a long day. Probably one of the better mainstream pre-workouts. People have hated on its profile, but I like it when the time is right.

Conquer: Probably the only one that I don't care for as much as the others. Good ingredients in the prop blend, but for some reason I don't get too much out of this one. (I got the bundle from NP with Hemavol) When I take this one with hemavol, its a different story - great stackable pair!

Shipping to Canada is the problem I think. Plus when it arrives there is fees at the door. I am going to Myrtle Beach in October, I dare say my suitcase will come home FULL lol

I was real bummed out all day yesterday because my elbow issue is flaring up once again. Luckily I could still do most all shoulder exercises (it usually only gets irritated from bicep curls at max contraction). And Today is legs so It probably won’t hamper my training today. I just don’t understand how this keeps continuing..
