I think 8 weeks is really as long as you want to run this anyway. You'll have some pretty good results by then. :)

Day 11

My gf just told me my balls look bigger. My acne is starting to go away and i definetly look bigger. Scale says im up 5 pounds (weighed myself now) but its the afternoon so i would guess im probably up 2lbs so far. Ill check tomorrow, ive been rushing this past week to get to class on time so i keep forgetting but tomorrow i dont have class so i will definetly check. Just a recap so far... strength, muscle density, libido, feeling "good", and now recovery + weight have all increased in a week and a half. This stuff is definetly preferable to h-drol or its clones to me and it kicks in MUCH faster. Plus it should be less suppressive and doesnt need any liver/cycle supports.

Nice log man and awesome results! What do you think of Dermacrine with Phytotestosterone? I got a bottle of phytotest during the sale and was planning on doing something natty, but this Dermacrine stuff seems really safe and the gains look really good.

The way i see it, the gains could only get better but I rarely see anyone combine some kind of pro-hormone type product with something that will free up test. I know phytotest would work well on ur natural hormone levels but im not sure if your body can "bind" exogenous hormones and render them unusable(such as hormones from Dermacrine) like it can do to your bodys natural testosterone and in the same way im not sure if the phytotest would be able to influence the dermacrine after your natty t levels drop down a little. I think dermacrine would be best stacked with something else hormonal. Possibly a strong oral steroid used for 3 weeks and then the derma can keep u in an more anabolic state and be used like injectable testosterone. This would allow you to gain big and then you can stay on cycle for longer and hold on to more gains as your body can better accommodate the new mass.... if that makes any sense? Personally, I would love to run this solo a few times a year or maybe even run along side some epistane as that was always my favorite chemical.

I was also wondering your approximate age -- I'm assuming your a young guy since your taking college classes. Interested to hear how Dhea is affecting younger people, since it has the stigma of being for the older folks.

literally just turned 21 on wednesday. to be honest, im pretty suprised its worked this well
 
Very good log I am sub in.. I got two Bottles of dermacrine LV.. I am waiting for the winter to use them... Can use dermacrine LV for cutting? I am 200lb 6'1 but I want to get down to 190 or even 187.. Thank you

Im sure you could cut with it, but i think if you just want to cut, it would be better to cut on your own and then take it to build more muscle after the cut and keep away the fat.
 
3 scoops ASGT + dermacrine LV pre workout is t3h roidz

170x5 on incline bench, went up very easy. i was tempted to go higher but decided to wait till next week. did some machine bench one arm at a time and a bunch of back work. also did arms. awesome workout. felt like a machine and was pumped up like crazy both mentally and physically! my endurance was so high and i just couldnt get tired when i was working out. probably did way too many sets of everything and when i took a shower afterwards my arms cramping every time i tried to touch my face or even just lifting it!

Ahh. Wicked workout today. 175x5 incline bench slow, clean reps easy. After this I went in god mode and killed some rows. I don't even know the weight but I did a few sets and then a fat dropset. It was like an iso lateral plate loaded machine. Final set was 8 45's and a pair of 25's total. I was so amped to lift but when I jumped on squats my balls started aching and in scared since I just had hernia surgery. I worked to 225x5 then stopped

haha, im determined to make my incline halfway decent! tried flat bench today and got 190x5 with my feet in the air. not my 5RM but i dont want my flat to get weaker so i may throw a set in with incline so it doesnt go down.

and with ASGT... i really dont feel it unless i take 3 scoops. i just need some kind of a stim'd up feeling from a preworkout. but when i take 3 scoops its an awesome feeling of domination and just being completely "in the zone." i know most of my rest periods were under 15 seconds, just long enough to add more weight because of it
 
day 17?

did 10 sets of sprints today, after the 4th set they got killer and my recovery time was like 5x as long. i ran at the school track, which is like on the 3rd floor of the gym... took the elevator back down cuz i was so tired. after about 6 i really had to reach for motivation. the drive home from school (45min) sucked because im already sore in the inner leg area and it hurts to press the pedals! also did a few sets of arms before the sprints

Definetly noticed a difference in the barbells at my gym vs my school gym. The bars at my school are slightly thicker and it allows me to have more control of the bar. Monday im really hoping to be able to hit 185x5 on incline bench.

Did this workout fasted other than like 14g carbs from the ASGT. Sucked down ~30g worth of amino mixed with 2.2L water. Added some glycerol monosterate with the aminos and i had such a great pump. I was close to getting the 185x5 on incline bench but i didnt want to have to use my spotters help so i stopped at 4. Worked out with my buddy and we wanted to see how much we could flat bench. I havnt rly done flat bench since i started incline so it was a good test to see how much it moved. If i had not done incline first i think i could have kept going to 245, but im content with where its at.
 
i wonder if anyone has experimented with more than 10mL/day of dermacrine? ive been on this dose for over 3 weeks now, wondering if the results could be more dramatic hmmm

I myself havnt read enough logs on it to comment. Im sure with a higher dosage would come more results but possibly more sides. Try it and let us know how it works out for you. :bigok:

this is true, blood pressure is up like 12 points. really thats the only side effect... that and gains ;) i had my best composition gains the first 2 weeks and i hanvt changed much since. maybe i should go to 15mL?

Id try like 12.5 then possibly the next week 15 depending on how you feel.

i dont know if i would be able to feel the difference from 10 to 12.5, i have like maybe a day or so left in this first bottle before the second bottle starts. when i open it, i will just bump it up to 15. i was thinking maybe like 20 but that seems pretty serious... maybe for the last day or so ;)

lol alright, yea definately start at 15 and dont jump strait to 20.
 
Ok, so im going to bump this sh1t to the next level and start 15mL/day today. Im gonna also add another 2 days a week to lift so i can get more out of this, hopefully. Gonna be using Layne Norton's Power/Hypertrophy routine which is basically like a 5 day westside routine. It keeps the basics of what im doing now, so hopefully my numbers will continue to rise. Ill update the tonight after i lift.

i would add some formestane or 1 of the new ai's.

todays workout:

smith squats:
135x5
185x5
225x5
255x5

then i messed around a lot with other little leg exercises trying to find something else to add but nothing felt good. the 255 felt really heavy. i wore a belt to help with my lower back and it did help so thats good but where the hernias were at still aches. i dont know why and it really bothers me. the surgery should have fixed everything.

well i have a bunch of 6 bromo, i ran it for the first week at like 25mg b/c i thought my nips were getting itchy but it was just me thinking about it. i havnt had any problems since. what do u think? like 50mg? 100mg?
 
If you haven't had any additional issues, then stick with that dose. No need to increase it and encounter any potential negative sides.

are u talking about the 25mg 6 bromo dose or the dermacrine dose
 
I wonder if the transdermal and the lv would have syngergistic effects or if they both just work by the same mechanism

I'm using the transdermal and it is nice. I will try the LV after I'm done with this.
 
i didnt like the idea behind the transdermal. i hate being sticky all day. this i can just do it and not have to think about it for a while

on a side note... i cant stop eating the past few days. im ALWAYS hungry and my muscles seem much more dense, especially today. i just feel like a rock. also, didnt get sore at all from mondays workout. i feel like i couldve maxed out on bench again today.
 
ive had a good sense of well being today. also my upper chest has blossomed in the past 3 weeks or so. i used to have just a thick lower chest with nothing above, it didnt quite look right. my upper chest has boomed and my check looks a lot more proportional. really i look a little bigger overall even if the scale doesnt say ive gained anything more since the last weigh in
