All or NOTHING! Time to grow with 1 and 4 ANDRO with the Cyclosome delivery system by LG SciencesToday I will begin my 6 week journey to gain size and strength. I will dose 1 and 4 ANDRO at 300mg each. I will take 150mg in the morning and 150mg in the evening. I will train Monday through Friday and maybe some Saturday's. I will add cardio on week 4. I will consume between 3,500-4,000 calories and my starting macros will be c/379, p/238, f/148 (this will fluctuate). I will lower my calories starting week 4.

- I will start my next cycle on or around July 4. I plan on running an 8 week cycle. My goal will be strength and size gain. I am not sure what I will run yet. I will start a new log at that time. I will continue my log here so you can see how my body continues through post PCT.
Today I used 1 scoop Mesomorph preworkout and 1 scoop Off-the-Chain (20mg dmaa) intra-workout. This was an amazing combination.

Great updates, 1 scoop of memomorh rounded cam out at 17g on my scales, that's a strong dose of DMAA to use both Meso and Of the chain.
