How did you get on with the comp, were all other competitors natty, or some using peptides and GH
It was a "full natty" show. Like they did the pee test and the polygraph. This was before peptides were popular.

BUT they only test the winners urine for the show and everyone knows you can fake a polygraph. I myself was natty when I did the show

Day 1-3: 1-andro 450mg ED
Day 4-5: 1-andro 450mg & Epi-andro 3.9ml ED
Day 6-7: 1-andro 300mg & Epi-andro 3.9ml ED (this felt the best, I was less lethargic and joints weren't as bad, I also doubled water and fish oil)

For the remaining 7 weeks I plan on the following ED:

1-andro 300mg
4-andro 300mg
Epi-andro 3.9ml
Double daily fish oil
Genoflex
Optimum multi
Lecheek on cycle support
Joint Builder with Aspresflex
Non stim PWO as needed
Drinking coffee / espresso in morning or PWO

PCT:

Clomid - 30 days, unsure of exact dosage
LiquidStane - unsure of dosage
Rebirth
LJ100
Fish oils, multi, and joint supps also

Looks good, what does "ED" stand for?

I need to call the promoter here and ask if PH and SARMS are banned... So far he told me it's only "illegal supplements," but who knows if that means what I'm on.

Lifted why no SERM in pct? Also explain to me what Letrone and eradicate do for you? Look at my cycle, should I add? I wasn't worried about gyno because the epi is suppose to combat estrogen. Either way I have the liquid stane if anything comes on.

Letrone and eradicate are both AI, if you're using epi and have an AI on hand though you should be good (from what I read, but I'm a newbie to this). I was going without a research SERM cause Rebirth is supposed to have a legal one built in.

Also, if you're worried about hair while on epi you may want dht blocking shampoo. You could also consider Blockade or Damage Control for the remainder off your cycle, I figure when it comes to your internal organs don't go cheap.

Yes, you need to call and check. Because when I did it Gaspari Novadex was banned because of it being an AI

What ORG is it? Usually you can find out from their website. I know NGA and IFPA tell you straight on their website with what you can take and not take

Looks like good run and combination of products, how much water you on per day in litres, and how many grams omega 3, im currently running on 6 litres of water and 13 grams of omega softgels but may use omega liquid and use 15ml or grams per day.

I'd have to guess 6L of water per day. Using bathroom at least 1-2x per hour. For omegas I am taking two one a day pills per day. I don't have the dosage on me as I extracted the pills from the bottle containing the label.

You can see my thread for my journey. Not getting much chatter. Going to add some pics and workouts which should lead to more interest.

Day 7 bodyweight 184.2 pounds. The interesting thing about this is the fact that my calorie intake has not been what I planned due to some stomach issues. I hit only 2,000 calories on a low day and 3,900 on a high. I probably averaged about 2,800 for 6 days. I have hit over 200 grams of protein every day.

Today went well. I was up earlier today, 4:25am. Hit the gym about 6am and finished about 7:45am. I felt the best I have in a long time today.

I usually feel orals right away within hours.i mean it does go straight to blood and brain.the science says we should be able to notice right away.i think people are just so insensitive to their bodies and hormones that they dont notice.of course it takes time for it to build up in the system and once its circulating high in the bloodstream u have a stronger feeling and stronger results but hormones are instantly working .shouldnt be hard to believe just seeing a hot chick changes free test dramatically and its not even a synthetic(just think of how just think an erection can have extremely strong mental effects).depending on the substance of course.tren will make me cranky and aggressive almost mean,test will make me happy and hungry and certain orals kill my sex drive and energy.but it never fails i can "feel" the effects much sooner than alot of others.it cant be placebo because i never look for the effects it just happens and i happen to notice.

Keep it up mark. Even if others are doubting your feeling, just keep pushing through. At week 3 - 4 they will no longer be able to doubt. If you think you are feeling it and you are seeing increases this is always a good thing. Haters gon' hate.

At least 7-8days ??really well that sucks because ive had stuff that will put on 5lbs by then like dmz.also lifts went up alot in that first week.of course after that first 5 days then its arm pumps turning on the sink(true story)

We shall see. I've run the LG stuff at noticed it at late 3 week, but folks are different. Gains are gains, and that's the end goal no matter how you achieve them. If it's placebo and he's gaining and then the hormone does happen to kick in (if we're saying it has not) and he gains even more then good for him, but he was still on cycle the whole time and saw benefits. Let's keep in mind this is a log too, and not a topical thread for debate where we get his log off track like has already happened before.

blood hormone levels will peak within 3 hours of consuming of any of our prohormone products. You have to remember there is no long ester/oil to break out of like a normal injection which makes results take a LONG time.

Now, keep in mind it is not possible to gain 6lbs of muscle in 6 days, but it is absolutely possible to gain 6lbs in 6days due to increased glycogen retention as well as some small muscle gains.

Should I bridge into a natural stack like ARA, Epicatechin and a test booster?

5lb of water retention sure.

I guess saturation doesn't apply to orals anymore.

Nobodies "hating"- when did being honest become hating? Placebo is a hell of a thing.

Not breaking up. She is getting a new job where she travels for 5 years. 5 field office operations centers. 1 year in each. It's like a 5 year training program.

She is from China and is all about natural wellness and thinks I'm going to die.

I can just run a natty cycle until I can run my PHs silently.

Yes when i gained 5lbs in first week of cycle it was alot of water.i didnt mind it seemed like i had alot more blood and power

Calories over the weekend 3,000-3,500. This seems to be the amount I am most consistent with. When I have tried to get more then this my stomach feels awful. I may try and bump it up to 3,800 still. Yesterday was a rest day. Today I did chest and rear delts. I hit a PR on db bench press of 100x7.

Most definitely. Hitting 7 reps with the 100 pound Dumbbells on Monday is a huge increase. Some of my strength issues are due to my left shoulder being weaker then my right because of the shoulder surgery I had. The strength is coming back though. Stamina is up, so more reps at heavier weight.
