Today was a rest day. I took my son and a couple of his friends to Bass Pro Shop and Gander Mountain. I checked in at a Vitamin Shoppe in New Hartford, NY. I will hold a demo there April 22, 11am-2pm. I stopped into another supplements store to see what they had. Busy, but nice day.

During this cycle I have gained 10 pounds and 1/4 on my waist. I have 10 days left.

My waist was 33 at 160 and is 35 3/4 at 190. But wait until I post all my other measurements at the end of this cycle. Biceps are at 3/4 growth in 27 days :)

This was my second time with these and I really like the way they feel. I agree with your statement above. This angle is different then what I have done before and may help my shoulder out quite a bit.

If you have RC issues find a chiropractor who can do A.R.T. you wouldn't believe the improvement in flexibility and circulation afterwards

I may consider this. I had surgery last September for a partially torn rotator cuff and labrum. I also had bursitis and a bone spur removed. My recovery is going pretty well and hopefully continues in the right direction

I feel like the only reason I avoided surgery is thanks to my chiropractor to be honest, he's done far more good than any visit to the PT has...

Thanks. Today I will take final measurements and pictures. I will post them in the spot I reserved for comparison. I hit 3 new PR's and added 7 pounds to my bodyweight. I measured my waist. Relaxed it was 35 3/4. Starting relaxed measurement was 35 1/2. I am not sure that it was best to measure it relaxed because I can't figure for any stomach bloating. Oh well.

Read this, http://anabolicminds.com/forum/showthread.php?t=275427
Andros: A User's Guide . also it's not cheap, expect to spend between $300-$600 depending on length of cycle, food, protein, organ protection.

It's serious **** so if you aren't at least 21, haven't studied up on this and had at least 3-5 years of serious training I wouldn't recommend the PH route yet.

It's very important to listen to what lifted67 wrote about your age. I would not even encourage you use it in your 20's, unless you have done your research and know exactly what you are doing. There is a lot of information available for you to read.

Now, I ran this for 40 days because that was 4 bottles worth. So I used 8 bottles total. PCT is needed and this for me was 1 bottle Form XT and 1 bottle Testabolan.

Needless to say that this is not a cheap cycle, but it is definitely a good one. You may look into Hi-Tech's 1-Testosterone instead of the 1-Andro from LG. They are similar, except the dosage per pill is higher in the 1-Testosterone, so you will save some money.

I was looking into the following stack

Super Mandro
Andre the Giant

and then for PCT
Post Cycle 3x

it can be found on strongsupplementshop.com
I don't plan on starting this until after summer so I have a while to figure out what I'm doing.

You will need to research SERMs. I'm on this cycle + Androvar and I can tell you a SERM is needed. You'll want joint support and at least a powerful AI on hand if you get any Estrogen sides.

Keep in mind, I'm not the author of this thread, this is my log: http://anabolicminds.com/forum/showthread.php?t=279293

To give you an idea of cycling this is what the next 4-8 weeks of your life (not even counting PCT) will look like.

Super Mandro-3 pills a day
Androvar-4 pills a day
Andro the Giant-3 pills a day
AI (Eradicate)-3 pills a day
Cycle Support (Damage Control)-4 pills a day

Not in picture is multi vitamins, fish oil, and joint support.
