Back to the grind. Does anyone else get messed up when your normal weekly routine gets thrown out of whack? I'm glad to get things back to normal. My calories have been all over the place for the past week because of travel. For most it would probably mean the calories were high. For me, they were low. This will explain my lower bodyweight of 183lbs. I only trained on Friday last week (not posted yet). Here is today's workout:

I will dose 1 and 4 ANDRO at 300mg each. I will take 150mg in the morning and 150mg in the evening. I will train Monday through Friday and maybe some Saturday's. I will add cardio on week 4. I will consume between 3,500-4,000 calories and my starting macros will be c/379, p/238, f/148 (this will fluctuate). I will lower my calories starting week 4.

No lethargy beyond what is normal because I do not sleep to good most nights. Drive in the gym is good most of the time. I am mixing Mesomorph and Hemavo2 Max (3/4 scoop of each) as my preworkout. This is really amazing for me.
 
i don't usually crash at 2pm and then I fell like **** for the first 30 minutes of my 5pm workout so I'm really hoping those naps end lol.

Haha! Shhhh....I have been eating pop tarts before the gym just about every day for the past....I don't even know. I was averaging about 3,000 calories as you can see. This is about 500 above my maintenance. I'm dropping down some now I think. They are double chocolate pop tarts by the way
 
love me some poptarts I'm trying to stay around 2800 calories and hit around 300 grams of protein a day. Hard to do if I use all my calories for junk lol

Here is some new observations on the 1 & 4 Andro stack I ran: I was not completely sure how it effected my libido. It seemed as though it had decreased, but now I know it pretty much shut down. Day 21 or so it started to return. My wife helped me realize this when she said, "I thought you became a eunuch or didn't love me or something". And then ask what I was on now. This was the only side effect for me. I will add this to my comparison post for others to see. Today's workout:

Body comp did not change as far as I can tell. I will take measurements at the end of my PCT, check my 1 rep Max's and add that in to my comparison post.

I use this handheld device to measure these (I'm not sure what it's called). I know it's not the most accurate, but I consistently use it and therefore can note changes up or down anyways. Before this cycle I averaged 180 lbs and 12-14% body fat.

Great updates, 1 scoop of memomorh rounded cam out at 17g on my scales, that's a strong dose of DMAA to use both Meso and Of the chain.

Went in planning some legs and biceps. I was a little hesitant with my leg training because I have had an odd pain in my right hip. It's not a consistent pain. If I move a certain way, the pain comes. I could almost fall to the ground sometimes. It feels like a nerve problem, the way it effects my hip and right leg. I think I did it last week after over tightening my belt for deadlifts. Here is what I trained:

Workout 2 from yesterday. My son went in the afternoon, so I joined him. I am pretty sure I sprained my right hip flexor. I iced and took some ibuprofen last night , which seemed to help. I will stay away from any movements that might bother my hip.
