Day: 70 End of run and serm pct.
Well, looking at my calendar, I was mistaken on my last post. Today is the last day of the serm for my pct.
It looks like this log is coming to an end though. I dropped both the DAA and the nolva. I will continue the erase dosed twice a day(morning and night) this upcoming week and dose it once in the morning the following week. My pct is pretty much done so I feel comfortable ending this log. Maybe I will update the log after the last two weeks but I think this will suffice.
It has been fun, but also tedious as well logging my run and workouts everyday on here. I did overall enjoy it though. I consider my run to be a success. I still weigh 184lbs. 184.4lbs to be exact. I was also going to take photos at the end as well but nothing has really changed that dramatically since the last photos. I wanted to drop some belly fat with the extra cardio that I was throwing in but that did not happen as good as I would have liked. I am still going to be continuing the cardio especially with summer pretty much right around the corner. I am also going to give this routine a couple more weeks and then possibly switching to a modified PHAT or PHUL routine to change things up a bit.
Overall I felt good on the run. Actually I felt great. No lethargy associated with the run. I can only associate lethargy with the lack of sleep I was getting. When I hit the weights I was focused, amped up, and ready to kill it. So as I expected, especially from my previous runs, a "test base" was not needed for me. I experienced a drop in libido in between the cycle and pct which is what I expected. My libido is just about back to normal now or close to it.
I did experience a bit of itchy nipples and I am starting to think that is because of the excess amount of fat that I was carrying this time around during the run. I was never this fat during my previous runs. I was also, and still am nursing some injuries as well and therefore could not push as hard as I would have liked compared to my previous runs.
The furuza kept the fat gain down but I don't know if it was actually worth the cost. My strength gains definitely went up but I attribute that to the hdrol and the extra weight I was carrying prior to the start. I hit a new PR on deads and matched my previous PR on the squat. I was 20 pounds short of a previous PR for bench. Notable lifts:
Deadlift: 425lbs x 2
Squat: 405lbs x 1
Bench: 295lbs x 1
Incline bench: 225lbs x 10
Not too bad. I went from 174lbs all the way up to 190lbs and leveling out to 184lbs. It was a net increase of about 10 pounds and I am happy with that.
I will be getting bloods done at the earliest of 2 months from now to see if I have fully recovered. I am also contemplating getting bloods done in at the very least another 6 months to see where my natural T levels are. I will keep my diet and program on point this way I can try and see where my levels stand naturally at their prime. If my numbers are still naturally low then I will be contemplating TRT.
On another note, I no longer have the ammo to give the wife a Dutch oven anymore. They are just not that potent anymore. Also, I think I have to buy a new suit. If I hit a most muscular pose I think I am going to rip the back in half.
Well, thanks for following, if you did. Thanks you to hairygrandpa for your advice and everyone else that has contributed. If anyone has any questions, please feel free to ask away. I am glad I completed this log with the pct as well, you don't really see many logs like that around from previous posts. A lot of them were incomplete.
