After my workout I went for a mile jog steady state cardio style. To whoever reads this, enjoy your weekend and make the most out of life. Don't let it simply just pass you by. Looking forward to next week. Hopefully I can hold on to my strength and belt out some even more reps.

Day 63 & 64 : OFF

I did a mile of fasted steady state cardio on day 63 and completely rested on day 64. I also picked up a new pair of running sneakers so I am excited to try them out.

My dosing of erase is dropped to two capsules a day split into morning and night doses. Nolva is still at 10mgs and daa is at 3grams. One more week of nolva left.

Day 65: 184lbs

I felt pretty weak today. I simply could not lift the same amount of weight I lifted last week with the same amount of reps. I was kind of bummed out by today's workout. Not sure if I should switch to a higher rep scheme now that I don't have the same amount of strength I used to have. Maybe lower the weights and increase the reps. Not sure. I did feel a good pump during today's workout though, the rep scheme just wasn't conducive to hypertrophy.

Bench
Bar x 25
135lbs x 25
225lbs x 18
250lbs x 13
260lbs x 10
270lbs x 5

Dumbell preacher curls
45lbs x 12,10,8

Standing calf raises
180lbs x 25
270lbs x 25,25,25,22

Not sure if I should switch to a higher rep scheme now that I don't have the same amount of strength I used to have. Maybe lower the weights and increase the reps.

Sounds like a good plan -or maybe lowering weights a bit and do rest pause sets.

I ended my workout one superset of abs short to get a mile of steady state jogging cardio in. I felt decent today and there was nothing really out of the ordinary to report. Everything seems to be going as expected.

Nice workout -and again chins and pull ups in one session! Woohoo!

Thanks buddy. Like I mentioned before my options are limited. So I do pull-ups for outer upper width and chins for the lower part of the lats. The rows take care of the thickness and middle and the lat pull downs are just thrown in there to make sure it is stimulated enough.

OMG, Lat pull downs too, didn't saw that, lol. That is beastly!
The picture of your back proves your point!
How long lasted the whole workout?

Day 69:

Today was a day that I used to finish up what I missed earlier during the week. I was also pressed for time so I did my workout tabata/circuit style. After today I definitely figured out that I have to up my cardio game. I was gasping for air, but it was different and I have never done anything like this since I played sports back in high school.

I will take the next two days off except for a run here and there. I will be back next week for my last week of nolva and probably close out this log. I will be running erase two weeks past the nolva and drop the DAA when I drop the nolva. That will be pretty much it. So far, a pretty successful run. Can't wait to enjoy a beer or two. Enjoy your weekend.

Day: 70 End of run and serm pct.

Well, looking at my calendar, I was mistaken on my last post. Today is the last day of the serm for my pct.

It looks like this log is coming to an end though. I dropped both the DAA and the nolva. I will continue the erase dosed twice a day(morning and night) this upcoming week and dose it once in the morning the following week. My pct is pretty much done so I feel comfortable ending this log. Maybe I will update the log after the last two weeks but I think this will suffice.

It has been fun, but also tedious as well logging my run and workouts everyday on here. I did overall enjoy it though. I consider my run to be a success. I still weigh 184lbs. 184.4lbs to be exact. I was also going to take photos at the end as well but nothing has really changed that dramatically since the last photos. I wanted to drop some belly fat with the extra cardio that I was throwing in but that did not happen as good as I would have liked. I am still going to be continuing the cardio especially with summer pretty much right around the corner. I am also going to give this routine a couple more weeks and then possibly switching to a modified PHAT or PHUL routine to change things up a bit.

Overall I felt good on the run. Actually I felt great. No lethargy associated with the run. I can only associate lethargy with the lack of sleep I was getting. When I hit the weights I was focused, amped up, and ready to kill it. So as I expected, especially from my previous runs, a "test base" was not needed for me. I experienced a drop in libido in between the cycle and pct which is what I expected. My libido is just about back to normal now or close to it.

I did experience a bit of itchy nipples and I am starting to think that is because of the excess amount of fat that I was carrying this time around during the run. I was never this fat during my previous runs. I was also, and still am nursing some injuries as well and therefore could not push as hard as I would have liked compared to my previous runs.

The furuza kept the fat gain down but I don't know if it was actually worth the cost. My strength gains definitely went up but I attribute that to the hdrol and the extra weight I was carrying prior to the start. I hit a new PR on deads and matched my previous PR on the squat. I was 20 pounds short of a previous PR for bench. Notable lifts:
Deadlift: 425lbs x 2
Squat: 405lbs x 1
Bench: 295lbs x 1
Incline bench: 225lbs x 10

Not too bad. I went from 174lbs all the way up to 190lbs and leveling out to 184lbs. It was a net increase of about 10 pounds and I am happy with that.

I will be getting bloods done at the earliest of 2 months from now to see if I have fully recovered. I am also contemplating getting bloods done in at the very least another 6 months to see where my natural T levels are. I will keep my diet and program on point this way I can try and see where my levels stand naturally at their prime. If my numbers are still naturally low then I will be contemplating TRT.

On another note, I no longer have the ammo to give the wife a Dutch oven anymore. They are just not that potent anymore. Also, I think I have to buy a new suit. If I hit a most muscular pose I think I am going to rip the back in half.

Well, thanks for following, if you did. Thanks you to hairygrandpa for your advice and everyone else that has contributed. If anyone has any questions, please feel free to ask away. I am glad I completed this log with the pct as well, you don't really see many logs like that around from previous posts. A lot of them were incomplete.

Great log, I'm somewhat sad that it came to an end. 10 lbs kept sounds awesome!
Thank you for sharing!

Thank you for following along. I am sad but happy at the same time. I am sad because the "on" feeling is gone but happy because all of my supplemental intake was so regimented. I was on such a tight schedule and it was becoming tedious. It is what it is I guess. I will still be following your log like a creepy stalker.
