I didn't get to finish my workout today. I had to stop my arm workout because of painful pumps and then ultimately painful cramps. The pump in my biceps was ridiculous today.

This will probably be the last workout while on cycle. I will probably take two days off and rest. Come back on Monday and hit it strong in PCT. I don't see much strength increases from this point on so here are my big three totals for this run:
Bench: 295lbs x 1
Squat: 405lbs x 1
Deads: 425lbs x 2(new PR)
Making my total: 1125lbs.

Chasing that elusive 1200.
 
All numbers are looking great you hit a PR too! I bet the sciatic nerve pain and the forearm trouble held you back a bit -but you gained 12lbs (?), not bad at all!
Could you please keep logging until after PCT is over, it's interesting to see how much muscles you keep and how you recover.

Yep. That is the plan. I plan on running this log until the very end of PCT with the same detail as well. The sciatic, forearm, and shoulder held me back somewhat. The biggest problem I have had with this run was the lack of sleep because of the graveyard shift. I truly feel that has been the biggest negative contributing factor for this run. I averaged about 5 hours of sleep a night. Whether you are on or off cycle 5 hours of sleep a night is nowhere near optimal for proper recovery. All in all I have felt great this run. In fact because I work the midnight shift I feel like it has made my quality of life better. For that reason and my naturally low test levels I have mentioned before about possibly going the TRT route. I did not feel shut down, no loss of libido, or no lethargy. Other than the horrible gas which could be a plus or minus depending whether or not you are on the receiving end(I secretly enjoyed hot boxing the wife), it was pretty good.
 
If you go to the doc now, he will get you on TRT asap because of the suppressed test after cycle and your PCT isn't necessary.
 
I can't go right now because of other obligations in the coming months. I would rather go when my hormones stabilize this way I can get real recommendations and honest suggestions and advice from a doctor. I would much rather be at or near homeostasis. It is just wiser and healthier.
 
Day 42: OFF

I am trying to catch up on the past couple of days and I have been extremely busy so I will try to make up for it today. I have kept my noted in my notebook so here it goes.

Technically this day was my last day of the actual cycle. Absolutely nothing new today. I tried to take it easy and relax. It was pretty much easier said than done.
 
Day 43: OFF

I was going to post this day and the last together but decided to split them up because the day before was the last day of my cycle and this day was the first day of pct.

I had posted questions here and in the pct subsection of this forum about bolus dosing my serm. I received only one response along with all of my web searches. The following will be my pct layout:

Today I dosed my serm at 30mgs. I was thinking about doubling the standard nolva dosing protocol for a relatively "mild" cycle which would have been 40. So I settled in between and went with 30 instead of 20 or 40.

10:00am protein shake and orange juice with 3 grams of DAA.
My version of DAA is a powdered unflavored version which is pretty sour to the taste, so I swapped out my piece of morning fruit with OJ

30 minutes pre workout and approximately 15 minutes after my pre workout meal I will be taking JYM PRE. It is a Jim Stoppani brand pre workout that have taking previously and I love it. It has a great ingredient profile and has a dose of creatine in it that I was going to add into my pct anyway to try and hold on to the new muscle that I have gained.

Right before bed along with my TUDCA, casein shake, cycle support, and handful of almonds is when I dose my nolva. I chase it with OJ. (Completely forgot how bad nolva tastes) I have always dosed my nolva this way and it has worked in the past. So if it is not broke, why try and fix it?

Obviously the halo and the furuza was dropped. I also dropped my taurine. Everything is pretty much the same. I will be taking my cycle support throughout pct and I will continue my TUDCA two weeks into my pct. when I drop the nolva dosing down to 10, I will drop the TUDCA.

I will begin the original version of Erase by PES two weeks into pct and run it two weeks past at 3/2/2/1.

I also added one dose each of Iforce's Joint Help when I take my multis. My elbows have been bothering me so much that I am in much need of relief.
 
Day 44: 190lbs(+16)

The extra weight is most likely due to extra food I have stuffed my face with over the weekend. I am pretty disgusted with my gut so I am making a conscious effort to do cardio more often, however, I am already slacking because I did not do any on this day. It was a relatively short workout which I seemed to take longer rest periods between my sets. That is even while taking a pre workout.

After my workout I went for a run approximately 1 mile long. Holy **** did I feel like complete garbage! Cardio wise I am out of shape. My lungs were on fire. It did feel good mentally to get a run in.

Also today my nolva dosing was brought down to 20. I will remain at this dosing for the next two weeks.

I have noticed my strength starting to plateau now about 4 days into pct. I am not entirely sure but it does feel like it. I have been getting random wood and I have been on the ****ter a lot more frequently these past couple of days. I didn't really concern myself with it until today. It seems like I have the squirts. I hope it is just a passing stomach bug or something but I am starting to think it is either the DAA or the nolva. I am using the same items that I have used in the past and never experienced this before. I am aware and will be monitoring.
 
Thanks gramps. I am really hoping to keep my fullness and cut up a little bit don't know if that is such a real expectation.

Also I am thinking about whether or not to post after pics now, which would be at the end of running the hormones, or after the end of Pct.

I felt very good today so I took a crack at some power reps today and thought I was going to PR but was disappointed. I should have known better. All in all, it was a decent workout.

Well, first let me start off by saying today for the most part was a good day. Simply because after about four months of raids and searching, the Belgium authorities finally got that murderous scumbag savage from the France terrorist attack. I hope they torture the **** out of him and make him roll on more terrorists and possibly get more information to at least partially destroy that particular terror cell in Europe. **** em. Now back to our regularly scheduled program.

Day 49 & 50: OFF

I tried to rest as much as I could on these two days but I don't think I was too successful at it. I went for a run that was approximately a mile long on day 49.

The first couple of days of pct I was getting random boners but now my libido has just tanked. It is not causing any problems now at home because we have just been so busy but I will definitely monitor it closely over the course of pct. In one week I will be starting arimistane and dropping the nolva dosage down to 10. Hope everyone had a great weekend. On another note, I can't wait for winter to finally end.
 
Day 51: 186lbs

I will start off by saying I still have the ****s. So I have been trying to consume enough water and food to compensate for it. On some go arounds it is like I am pissing out of my ass. Don't know if I am sick or not. Hopefully it is just a passing stomach bug. Consequently I am down to 186lbs.

Also I have been waking up drenched in sweat often times and having the most vivid dreams. Dreams so intense that you remember them clearly from beginning to end along with every detail. It is just very strange. I have heard of people having pretty vivid dreams on GH type compounds but I have never done anything even relatively close to growth so I can't say from experience. Don't know what is causing it because this has never happened to me before while on any run. Maybe my older age and stress? I don't know.

Steady state cardio: ran 1 mile.

I switched things up today and supersetted chest with bis since they are somewhat of opposing muscle groups, I could finish the workout quicker, and give myself some time to get a run in. I am not happy with the way my gut is looking and am going to have at least three cardio days per week. I don't want to cut back on my diet because I don't want to lose the majority of the gains I have made. Hopefully with this strategy I can tighten up a little.

Today I felt significantly weaker. I could push the same weight but for a lot less reps. My strength definitely seems to be decreasing. It kind of sucks but I guess I should have expected it coming off of the compounds. Kind of bummed out.
 
Coming off sucks. Hopefully your stomach bug is gone before squat day.

Felt like **** today. I was tired and I still have the runs. I have been trying to keep my water intake higher than normal because of it.

I felt extremely weak on the standing presses. I don't know if it is because I have not been feeling well with the runs lately or it is just the compounds exiting my system now that I well into my pct. I don't know. Consequently, I am not sure I should lower the weight to remain in my rep range for hypertrophy or stick it out. Today I could not even stay in the rep range for hypertrophy.

Overall I felt better today than the past few days just bummed by the strength decrease.

I felt like I had a pretty decent workout today besides the pain in my hamstrings. I stopped the lying leg curl exercise because either my hammy cramped up bad or I was about to pull something. I was not sure and decided to play it safe.

My bathroom issues have seemed to have subsided. I am still having pretty vivid dreams and I am waking up with some raging boners. Like spiral staircase veiny bastards.
 
Day 56 & 57: OFF

I took both of these days off. I did a mile of steady state fasted cardio each morning. Everything remained the same on day 56 but on day 57 I started the original version of erase and lowered my nolva dosing to 10mgs a day. I am taking the erase on my morning, afternoon, and bedtime shake meals.

I am hoping I did not lose much strength and can start the third week of pct nice and strong. I was also thinking of doing my regularly scheduled workouts as normal and then do some **** around ancillary sets at work since there is some decent weights at work. Maybe just do 4 sets of high rep cable flys on chest day. Don't know if it is really worth it. I guess we will see.

The ****s came back on day 57. I have no idea what is going on digestively. Maybe it was all the food I ate the night before for Easter, but I doubt it. I think my body is telling me enough with the compounds. Not quite sure.

I still have bad gas but I am afraid to fart. You can never trust a fart. I still get random massive boners but my sex drive just is not there yet.

I figured I split my two calf workouts into high rep and heavy low rep days because they are still being extremely stubborn and won't grow. Also, I am liking the weight of 185lbs. If I can remain the same while gaining some more muscle and losing some fat I will be very happy.

I am kind of limited in a lot of my back movements because I workout at a home gym. I am going to try and buy a v bar so I can do some t bar rows.

Today was a decent workout and I completed everything I wanted to so far for the week so tomorrow is a straight **** around day. I will probably superset chest and back tomorrow because it always makes me feel good. I wanted to get at least 5 reps each on my heaviest set of squats but there is always next time.
 
Sounds like fun. I have no experience with the dark side. I would eventually love to get my feet wet though. How long you running it for?

I thought for 10 weeks, starting in 2 weeks from now, after that cruising on test 200mg/week until next blast. Figured, I'm old enough to stay on TRT, kids are almost grown up too, no need for nuts anymore, lol.

I hope you figure out your estro. I know it is bad for it to be too high as well as too low. It is usually always a delicate balance.

I have had my t levels checked twice now that I am in my thirties. My readings for them were 413 and 423, which are horrible for a male in his thirties. I feel it too. It sucks, that is why I would even consider it.

IMHO, it's not the numbers, it's how you feel.
Judging while looking at you, nope, no need for it.
But if you feel always tired, making no progress, libido problems emotional mood swings, you should consider it.
Had all symptoms above.
 
That is how I felt prior to my run. I was actually losing strength and couldn't even come close to the reps that I was performing before. Those were my exact symptoms. I am going to give it at least six months after this run and see where I am.
 
Problem for me is the self pinning. I got a old nurse to do it for me, costs me about 5 bucks. Could you do it?
