new low weigh in of 170.8. this week was good even though i had a few mishaps. Should be in the 160's this week for sure. It was like I didn't lose anything for 3-4 weeks then after a few consecutive mornings I was down 5-6 pounds.

Gentlemen, haven't posted here in quite some time haha. I'm in need of some assistance though. I've decided my main goal for the next few months is to straight up shred the weight. I'm currently sitting at 5'11 226lbs(fully clothed mid day today,so like 224ish we'll say) and i've had my diet dialed in for for my current goals for about a month lets say. Following an IF keto diet.

I've got a nice stack lined up for the next month or two which includes DCP/Alphaburn/Epitome/Oxymax xt along with some Virtus/Invictus/VII-KT. Not sure if i'm gonna use everything right now but, I know I want to at least start out with the Evomuse products. HIT4ME I know you really enjoy DCP and was wondering if you could help me out. My feeding window is usually from 3pmish-8pmish give or take a few. I know you're supposed to take DCP with meals but, do you think the recommended 6 per day would be to much in a 5 hour period? Or should I take one dose earlier in the day? I'm pretty uneducated with this stuff but, with all the positive reviews I decided it was a must to have for this cut attempt haha. Any help is appreciated!
 
I'm sure the experts will chime in, but if your stomach could handle it, I'd take one dose not in conjunction with a meal. When I took it I took 2 first thing in the morning with a drinka protein but no food.

Yea thats what I was planning as of now. My only concern is that I don't consume food until the afternoon.

Yeah, so - I think you are better to space this out. I would TRY to take two pills on an empty stomach. I've done it and SOMETIMES I can handle it - sometimes it rips me apart. Taking it with a protein shake will help reduce the pain a lot. If you can put coconut oil in that protein shake (or any fats at all really) - that will help. Coconut oil, almond milk, etc. are all in my line up. I also take bromelain and/or Orange Triad with each dose. I actually think the OT works better than the straight bromelain. This way I can take 2 OT with each 2 DCP and it works out well. Otherwise, you may be able to handle it on an empty stomach, but it can hurt bad if you can't handle it. I'm talking debilitating pain.

Another option may be to take 1 pill 6X per day rather than 2X3.

It's REALLY too bad because I think DSade is considering revamping the formula to drop out the capsaicin because of the discomfort, but the ingredient is actually one of the most studied fat loss ingredients out there and it works.
