Yep every box of 3-AD comes with a set. We will be adding more and more workouts to the page/boxes. This is just the first series.

There are no conspiracies or rumors that are true. We just hit serious issues with the packaging as we have said many times. Murphy's law went into effect big time. Not much else I can say except to apologize for the delay. We are riding the manufacturer as hard as possible.

Going into boxed/blistered caps with a new vendor and custom tooling was a brand new avenue for our company. Unfortunately it has been a major headache so far. 3-AD is not an IF, its a when. And hopefully that when is very soon.
