3-AD; Hank's do over thread.

Day 5:

worked legs in my home gym this aftrnoon.
squats, lunges, calf raises.
it was a quickie today!

nothing super-duper to report on the workout.
strength and reps = the same
but i was a sweaty bastard during the workout. more greasy than usual for sure.

other than that, still feeling great on this so far!

i know you probably want to hear some horror story about how 3-ad makes me squat to pee.....but this just hasn't happend.

really nothig negative to say.

Awesome 3AD initially makes ya extra greasy lol
 
good news!

so far i haven't eaten one single child.

and i'll attribute that self control to my whey protein supplementation.

Baby fetuses count as small children Hank.. don't lie to us. Cartman has been giving you a good deal hasn't he? (tired finding a picture of Christopher Reeves eating one but there was nothing online, wtf??)
 
no....really, i swear i haven't eaten any children.

3-ad is making me hungry but so far i've kept my diet to mostly animals.

for example....yesterday i consumed some cow and birds (chicken and turkey).

today i've eaten some bird eggs and some cow's breast milk.

more alarming is the impact on libido 3-ad is having.
unfortunatly mrs vangut doesn't have the same sexual appatite at the moment.
so thank god internet porn!
 
just had to report this:

hopped on the scale this morning to see if that 1lb i had gained yesterday was a fluke.......and the scale says i'm up another 1lb.

so i'm on day 5 and already up 2lbs in scale weight after being severly stuck at 180lbs for over a month!
this is obviously not dhea!!! lol.
FRICKIN INSANE!!!!

Just imagine thats the first few days... cant wait to see what it does once its "kicked in" this is very promising.

it's tough to tell if the weight gain so far is pure muscle or bloat.

i have a hard time believing it could be 2lbs of soild muscle gained in 5 days.

but at the same time i don't really seem puffy and bloated and my muscles actually feel fuller and harder.

i'm guessing that so far 3-ad has helped maybe add a little actual mass but the rest may be more fluid retention in my muscles.

possibly fluid retention and additional glycogen being stored. This is still promising either way, compounds that have similar effects in such a short period of time are known to be solid mass builders, this is a perfect environment for growth. so if its pure muscle, great, if not then its still setting you up for some nice gains in the near future.... I have a feeling were just seeing the tip of the iceburg.
 
^^-----yes, i agree. i've got all the right feelings of this being a powerful hormone so far. i'm excited to see what it brings over the next few weeks!
 
Sounds like a solid supplement, but I do ask wasn't the same said about SuperDrol NG?

I am just trying to sort through teh hype, and get to the bottom line...Because I did try SDNG, and it didn't live up to the hype...
 
I personally love SDNG but its far from the prohormones I prefer. I would use it for a good prework out boost and if I really wanted to avoid lethargy (via the DHEA) on another cycle. I also noticed a nice increase in hunger with it but didnt really have a substantial weight gain.... now I only took it for like 2 weeks so who knows, maybe it can get you somewhere but its not supposed to be the typical prohormone, its specifically for beginners and has always been expressed as such.

3-AD is supposed to be a major player and bring some serious PH business to the table.... AX has yet to meet their claims IMO so we will just have to ride these logs out and seee.

Factors that can significantly increase gross bodymass while on any sort of steroids cycle, would include what I done got listed below:
-Increased Muscle Mass (obviously)
-Increased Blood Volume
-Increased Bone Density (unless your frame literally shrinks, increased bone densisty with the same size of bones = heavier bone mass)
-Water Retention
-Increased bodyfat mass (in the event your BF% stays the same as you gain weight, the ratio is staying proportional; therefore fat is also being gained and you just don't realize it)
-Increased Buildup of fecal matter (Dude, your appetite shoots up like Keith Richards, but you poop the same # of times per day. There's more "stuff" in your digestive track, especially children.)
-Increased desire to eat lead bearings. Although I implore you to avoid doing this at all costs as it will cause some serious health risks, eating lead bearings will jack up your gross bodymass rather quickly.

Still watching. Personally, I didnt expect to see anything reported the first week, but if you say 2lbs, I believe you, and as was stated there could be many factors. Just keep us posted on everything, even if your squatting to pee, doesnt matter to me, I want to hear whats going on, good or bad, Im still gonna try it no matter what the tester logs reveal, but as I said before, it will be nice to have some points of reference from all these logs.
 
Lookin' good here hank. Glad to see all the small children are still safe. ;) I do believe i'm starting to feel this stuff kicking in already!!
 
Day 6:

out of curiosity of how full of sh!t i am, i woke up and jumped on the scale prior to my morning ritual :dump: - i weighed 184!!!

after that weigh-in i worked really hard at removing as much fecal matter as possible.

i actually had to split it up into two flushes (one mid way throug the process) to ensure i wouldn't blow a sewage pipe.

immediatly following i jumped on the scale. weight = 182.5.
that means i crapped out 1.5lbs!
you have no idea how proud that makes me!

anyway, i'm up a total of 2.5lbs on this cycle so far.

last nights workout:
did shoulders and arms.
went to the gym late at night - not my usual time. there seemed to be an increased number of weirdos at that time. fortuntly i fit right in!
no noticable imporvement in strength.
did get a great pump.

summary
weight - +2.5
strength - 0
mood - giddy as a school girl (who just saw hank vangut for the first time).
skin - greasier than usual. but no zits so far.
hair - it's all still there. if it gets long enough i'll wear it in pigtails.
libido - +1
appatite - hungry enough to eat a lot of animals but not small children (despite what you may believe).
lethargy - no signs of it since day 2
back pumps - nope
aggression - nope

I hate digital scales. they tend to be exremely innacurate and inconsistant. I can weigh myself on some and then step off power down and step back on and weigh a difference of 5-10lbs sometimes.... nothing like a good old balances scale from the docs office.

I hate digital scales. they tend to be exremely innacurate and inconsistant. I can weigh myself on some and then step off power down and step back on and weigh a difference of 5-10lbs sometimes.... nothing like a good old balances scale from the docs office.

I always weigh myself 3 times on my digital to make sure I know where I am at. Unless its the electronic scale that wrestlers use that don't completely trust it. I'm probably just going to end up ordering an oversized grocery store fruit weigher for my bathroom, I hear there the most reliable lol.

There are some pretty accurate digital scales.

The grocery store scale is a good idea though, haha :afro:
 
Go get a scale from Wayac , I think thats how its spelled. I used to use their drum scales at work and they were always accurate. They had some that go up to 300lbs and some that go up in the thousands. They are awesome digital scales.

i have a digital scale that never worked right so i bought one of those old fashioned ones with dial. that seems to be consistent. so i've been weighing myself on that in the morning.

i also check my weight at the gym - they have those balance scales there. but it is my afternoon weight so it's always like 4-5lbs higher than the morn.

interesting measurements.
apparently 3-ad causes me to grow tree trunk legs!
actually looking back on my workouts, i do remember thinking my leg workout seemed easier. i used the same # of reps/weight as usual but i wasn't laying flat on the floor gasping for air following each heavy squat set like usual.

so 3-ad is treating me good! i'm up 4lbs and my mood is excellent!!!

only sides to report woud elevated sweating for a few hrs following my 3ad dose.
it's like a thermo effect where my body temp seems to climb.
i'm like a menopausal women having hot flashes.
i usually don't sweat much ever so this is why it's noticable.
i'm also getting a couple of random zits, probably from the increase in greasiness.
no other sides to report at this time.
