2nd gear and Keto

I know THE ONE is carb hungry, but would there be an issue if I do a keto style diet as I take 2nd Gear?

I'm thinking about doing Anabolic Diet during the week and super compensating on weekends.

Save the keto diet idea for after your pct. Doing a keto style diet going into pct is a good way to lose some of your gains.

OK, so what macronutient breakdown is recommended for 2nd Gear? Same as THE ONE? All this eating left me bloated like a MF'er.

I was thinking of the Anabolic Diet (which is Keto style) because it's supposed to be a Test boosting diet.

Yep, same as The ONE.

Macronutrient ratios for optimal muscle mass accretion are:
* Protein: 25-30% total daily energy intake
* Carbohydrate: 55-60% total daily energy intake
* Fat: 15-20% total daily energy intake
(Lambert, Frank, & Evans, 2004).

* Protein: 1–1.5g per lb. of bodyweight per day
* Carbohydrate: 1.5g–3g per lb. of bodyweight per day
* Fat: <100g per day
