Awsome job.
How did u accomplish it?

thanks fellas. i started using the lean gains diet, more cardio, and then threw in clen for a total of 3 weeks. i think cardio was the biggest factor though, doing 15 - 20 min on lifting days and 30 - 40 min on non lifting days.

Laserblues, do you mind if I got that diet/ your plan? I want to do te same thing, if I took off 10-15 pounds I'd be very happy with my weight, I am just looking for the right diet. I have a very busy life so sometimes I am not always able to make these elaborate healthy meals like some diets require.

Ps, this may be really newcomer sounding. But is clen just a cleanse or is it a type of supplement

Clen is Clenbuterol. It's in the catagory as albuterol and is for respiratory disorders but as with albuterol can be used for weightloss. Start with by looking it up on wikipedia for basic info and background then search the boards here. It's strong and effective, but not without it's dangers and should be well researched before venturing down that road.

Oh okay Thankyou. I should be fine without it haha, i really think if I just change my diet I'll be okay. My diet is pretty bad ATM

thanks rsnake, its still a work in progress. im hoping to get a bit more tan to show the definition that my pale ass complexion is hiding.

mikepal88- if you just check out the "lean gains diet" in the diet and nutrition section it has a ton of info. or you can do a quick google search of it. but basically its intermittent fasting, so ya fast for 16 hours then eat for an 8 hour window, alternating higher calorie and lower calorie days based on your maintenance calories needed. they have plenty of maintenance calorie calculators out there just google it real quick. if ya wanna see some real progress, check out Rickrock's threads. he got ridiculously shredded using the lean gains diet.

nice work and dedication right there

thanks! this site and you guys as members keep me really motivated. i see how much progress a lot of yall have made and it gets me really amped to go kill the weights.

new to this forum so whats up guys and I just wanna say that you did an awesome job keep it up youll get there in no time

unfortunately my strength did go down a bit, but only bench (always sucked at it). went from repping 225 x 8 for sets to about a max of 225 x 5. sucks, but it is what it is. im just going for looks, so its not a huge deal but it does kinda get to ya mentally when you get weaker, which can affect workouts.

forgot to mention, lost a lot of fat from my legs. they were about 26 in in my thighs, now they are down to about 24in each. but my squats and deadlifts have not seen a loss in lifts, so.. just fat im guesssing.

Nice work brother. You have incredible size, and with bodyfat at 8-9% you would look outstanding! Keep up the great work

thanks rick! yeah, im definitely working towards single digits. hopefully ill get there soon. i can't imagine being at 8 - 9 % bodyfat cause i have always been 12%+ for as long as i can remember. its funny, now that im down to about 12% i just want to keep going to see how low i can get it!

LeanGains is AWESOMEE.

thanks fellas! hoping to cut down to 190ish and stay lean til june, then i was thinkin of an helladrol / p-stanz recomp. get completely shredded.

2 things I want a small azz stomach and a huge muscles....
I already told; Great job

isn't that what we are all aiming for? (other than her mouth) sorry, had to make the joke. on a side note, how would this look for a summer cut / recomp:helladrol: 75/75/100/100/100/100p-stanz: 200/200/250/250/250/250i was thinking that would do nicely to get into the single digits of bodyfat and get a full set of abs. any other suggestions are welcome!

here is what i have to work with:2 bottles of iron labs tren-e1 pack of boladrol (yes, i bought into the hype) 2 bottles of trenazone1 bottle epivar (epi clone with 18mg per pill)1 bottle helladrol2 bottles of p-stanzany recommendations are welcome. i can also buy something else if it is worth it. if my girlfriend is allowed to have 20 pairs of shoes, then i get to have the supps i want!

I think for your goal that is the best bet for what you have. That would shred you nicely!

much appreciated rick. h-drol is by far my favorite since i have used m-drol, epi, and pro-dienolone. it gives good gains, makes ya feel good, low side effects (none really for me), and i recover from it fast. plus, the gains are keepable.

Great work man! So what's next? always gotta set and reset new goals? What's your next mountain to climb? Any new routines for ya?

right now the goal is to just maintain my body weight and slowly keep lowering my bodyfat. so, a slow recomp if you will. but i plan on turning up the heat in june-ish and doing a 6 week helladrol/pstanz recomp and hopefully get down to 9% bodyfat (that is if i am already at 11ish% by that time.) As far as routines go, i am about to switch it up for about 3-4 weeks and do higher rep, lower weight lifting (somewhere in the 10-12 rep range) with 45-60 sec rest between sets to get my heart rate up and start burning fat that way when i do cardio it will be that much more effective. right now im trying not to go over about 8 reps, if i do then i up the weight. i would do a 5x5 routine, but that high of weight really starts to irk my left shoulder when im doing back, chest, shoulders, or arms. it got pulled out of socket a few years ago and has been popping / cracking ever since. so really heavy weight (heavy for me at least lol) is a no go.

ok, can anyone tell me why it wont insert spaces when i post a reply? my work finally decided to update the browser to IE8 and i thought that would take care of it, but obviously it is still smushing all my sentences together. having a wall of text kidna hinders me from making longer, more thought out responses.
