i know plenty of people do it so i tried it just about 45 minutes ago. man was that a bad idea. within 15 minutes i thought i was going down. i grabbed some brownies someone brought into work and with hands trembling i gobbled down 2 of those while my meal was heating in wave. ate that which is 75g complex carbs and just now finished a bag of frozen grapes. i cant even imagine how much sugar i just devoured but at least now my hands stopped shaking.

ill stick with 1 from now on

I've gone as high as 3 (before eating at the sushi buffet) with no issues at all. Just goes to show how everyone can react different to supplements.
