2 Real is about to start BEASTIN!!!

Worked all damn day, and didnt get a chance to eat like a champ today. I kept gettin easily aggrevated over little things today...not sure if it was the sd or if i was just annoyed for staying away from food for soo long. Ohh well...2morrow is another day.
 
Day 8: Still 199lbs...starting to look slightly leaner when i look in the mirror..but nothing amazing yet. Gym in a few and then spending the rest of the day eating like a cow. Watching a Jay Cutler video to hype me up for gym. Ima throw these weighs around today.
 
Rubbermonkey...why cant u just be happy for me? Why when a guy gets great results, he has to be a fake..or a troll? People gain 15lbs on sd, while takin 20mg and eating 3k calories...if they started eating more (7k calories/day)...they might grow more. My friend is a real bodybuilder...he competes every year and he eats 12k calories a day. Thats a little too much tho lol.
Think about it..if u can gain 15 even 20lbs on 20mg of sd, along with 3k calories a day, how much could u gain with 30-40mg of sd, along with 7-8k calories a day?

First of all you don't need 7-8k calories a day to gain off of superdrol and a solid 3 day split. What are your maintenance macros? Increase by 300-500 and go from there. A big ass jump in calories will not translate into muscle. It will translate into fat. Your strength could be going up simply because you're taking in an excessive amount of calories and you're rushing glycogen and water into your muscles. Im not going to hate on you but like I said no need to consume that many calories. Your protein synthesis cannot be that high. If you're at 7k calories and 30mg, it doesnt DOUBLE your gains. Maybe on the scale, because you will DEFINITELY be putting on fat and putting on water weight.

Im not gonna call you a troll, don't think you're a troll but hell, I agree with Unreal. If MY fat ass can put up pictures, why can't you? Drop some of those UNEEDED calories and you will be happier with the end results, I promise.
 
Im still wearing the same pants that fit me when i was 150...and now im pretty much 200, and they still fit me the same. I must be doing something right ;)

I just read some more posts on people claiming nolva isnt that great. Leaky nipples, etc...nobody complains about Clomid...and everyone seems to love it. As of rite now, im going to use Clomid as pct...thats why im waiting till the last week of my cycle to make my final decision. I dont want to put myself thru all this trouble, and putting pressure on my liver, just to lose all my gains...I want to keep all or most of it like last cycle.
 
the bigger you get, the harder it'll be to keep gains. You still got some room tho, you should be able to keep a decent amount. You're my height, man when you get over 220, it gets hard to keep. I've been up to 245 or and even 230 lean but staying there, naturally, is very very difficult.

Considering things can get backed up as far as shipping, I would order both.. NOW. You might think that you will be fine ordering the last week of your cycle, but your serms may not come in by the time you need to start PCT.

Plus, you can get legit, pharmaceutical grade SERMS like clomid and nolva online for CHEAP... Best to have everything you might use on hand. Just something to keep in mind bro.

I used nolva/clomid/daa/6bromo for pct last cycle and recovered well, keeping at least 90% of my gains. You might like the synergistic combo of nolva and clomid. the only time i hear that nolva gives people leaky nips is when they run an lmg, deca, or tren cycle (progestins) and then use nolva. Nolva is actually the best serm for gyno, however does not mix well with progestins and since you're just running beast, even nolva would suffice but clomid is faster acting.

count on keeping 75% of gains if you recover fast and keep your calories up. 12 lbs kept from 15 lbs of gains would be a great end result. I gained 20 from sd/epi and kept about 17
 
Thats what im going for...tryin to keep most of it. My friend got off his cycle at 190lbs, and was benching 400lbs (idk how he did it) but 2 months after his cycle, hes now maxing 320, 4 times. It was a bit depressing...i guess he slacked off.

I promise you your lifts will go down a bit when you come out of PCT....
 
My last cycle, i didnt lose any strength. I actually kept going up. Ended the cycle benching 190, and like 3 or 4 months later, i got to 250 naturally.
 
Alot of people slack off when they get off a cycle...if u get off eating the same calories and protein, and you make yourself push the same weight...your strength would stay the same imo ofcourse. Its all in the head. I find myself benching weight alot easier when i tell myself that ive done it before...rather than get nervous and say "i hope i can lift it" I also tell myself that if i dont bench tge weight atkeast 6 times, tgen i wont leave the gym. Stated at the gym for nearly 5 hours obe day, cuz i couldnt do 210 8 times...only 6...and when i told myself i wasnt leaving till it was done....sure enough, i managed those 2 extra reps. LET YOUR MIND DO IT!!!

Well it's easy to keep strength when you are still at a strength level that you could attain very easily naturally. Let me say it again, the bigger and stronger you get, the harder it is to make gains and keep them.

You kept your gains because you started cycling right when you started lifting weights and went from super skinny to normal sized. No offense, just saying. I hit 195 on bench when i was 15 after a couple months of poor training. You ran one of the most potent steroids of all time to get there. You are still well within the limits of your genetic potential.

I'm not trying to discourage you, just trying to give you some perspective.
 
I wont allow it to happen! Whatever weight i do on the bench at the end of my cycle, will remain after the cycle. Unreal...i read your post about superdrol...u said the longer u have the gains during a cycle...the more gains you'll have after? Would u recommend doing the cycle beyond 4wks?

Youre missing the point. I say something, and you take it with a grain of salt. It's ok though, it's not me who's gonna be disappointed. Im sure you can keep 80-90% of your gains through proper diet and training, but thinking that you're gonna keep it all is a little farfetched. Anyone that has more than several years of bodybuilding under their belt should tell you. Sh1t, if your friend, the real body builder, is really a bodybuilder and really your friend he should tell you the same. Superdrol is pretty much the end all be all of steroids, the most potent you can get without stacking it with tren lol..

IF you run a longer cycle, you should have a test base under it, because the whole point of a longer cycle is not to keep getting NEW gains, but to solidify what you gained and let your body adjust to carrying the amount of mass you slapped on in a few weeks. You can just brush off what I say, because I can tell you're convinced otherwise, but Im only trying to help.

What Southern Charm said here is spot on. Its just reality man. You can have a perfect cycle, with a perfect PCT backed by a perfect diet and training and still will probably lose a couple lbs. and a little bit on your lifts. Its just the nature of the beast(no pun intended) Coming off of steroids you wont have the massive amounts of exogenous hormones in your blood.

It is true that the longer you have gains, the easierit is to keep them, however you don't want to run SD longer than 4 weeks. It is one of the most toxic, if not the most toxic oral available. If you was running with test, that would be best. The only other alternative would be to bridge into something else like Epi and make a 6 weeker. :)
 
No, i believe you, i just like to think positive. So wat would i run after 4 weeks of sd, to further my gains and keep the ones from sd? Last cycle, my marbles shrank pretty well, and i only ran it for 3 weeks. Im not into injectables...only orals at the moment.
 
So 4 wks of sd and 2wks of tren? idk...has anyone tried this before? How were the results before and after?
 
Mrsupps just sent me an email sayin that they will correct the address...thats a relief! Anyway, doing chest 2morrow. Lets see if i gained anymore strength. I feel stronger than i did a few days ago.
 
I lost track how many calories i ate today...but it was more than 7k. Im ready for my new max bench tomorrow. Already did 10 reps of 250...ima go up to 260 and see how many reps i can do. If i can do atleast 6 or 7, then im going to 265 or 270. i hope i dont get anymore stretch marks like last time. Soo far my gains and weight have been shooting up like the 1st cycle...which is a good thing! About to take my casein protein and hit the bed. We'll see what happens tomorrow.
 
I dont look much different rite now..i mean, its only been 6 days...but even if i did put 100 pics up, someone will say it isnt really me, or that i did some type of photo work, etc. It doesnt matter if yall dont believe me...im doin it for me :) One thing for sure...my strength always goes thru the roof. At the end if my last cycle, i was maxed at 190 on the bench...and i got to 250 naturally...which took me like 3 months and without eating much....so going from 250 once...and 6 days later 10 reps on 7k cal a day and 30mg of sd, doesnt surprise me at all!

7000 calories a day? how the **** you afford all that food or you on a killing cow spree or most of you cal is on shakes?
 
I drink multiple shakes throughout the day, but alot of those calories come from food. Also, i know that gaining strength so quickly can have a greater risk for injuries, but i wont make myself lift something, if it's beyond my capabilities.
 
Yeah but what I'm saying is even if your using perfect form and it still doesn't seem heavy you can still get injured easiler than normal. You won't know its beyond your capablilites is the point. Ha you don't understand yet cause it hasn't happend yet. I was the same way. I was using a weight that felt light and I could of done more and still got injured.
 
Day 10: Woke up @ 201 (+1) The food seems to be going to the right place as usual. So far im up 6lbs, and pants still fit the same. Its kind of early...im going to eat 2 meals before the gym today, each one being 1000 calories. Going for new max bench 2day...i'll let yall know what it is. Ive maxed the tricep pulldown machine...wish they had more weight :(
 
I checked mrsupps, but i didnt see any clomid. Do they sell that stuff..if not, whats another trusted site to buy it from?
 
Just came from the gym...did 260 8 times and 270 5 times...hellz yeahh!!! Had the biggest pumps ever...felt like i was going to explode!!!

Sh*t.....i dont know what these muscles are called, but they are located right above your shoulders, connecting to your neck. I was taking pics of myself flexing just now to make before and after pics, and i noticed that the muscle on the right, is more developed than the one on the left...they are uneven and its pi$$in me off. I dont know if its just the way im flexing or wat, but its annoying me. I do notice my right side being stronger than the left...especially on bench. How can i make these 2 muscles even? This is prolly a weird @ss question lol

Those are your trapezius muscles. What exercises do you do to work those?

Ok.. better question. You said you use a 3 day split right? Back/bis, chest/tris, legs? Can you break down your back and bicep day for me?

First of all Clomid is a prescription drug, it is only available through prescription or through research chem websites. It is not sold on MrSupps because it is not a legal OTC supplement, it is a SERM and that's a whole different ball game then what is sold at NTBM and MrSupps, or heck any other supplement website.

There's nothing wrong with having questions, but you cannot try and ask for sources here, it is up to you to do the research, bro. The fact that you are already on cycle, are asking if clomid can be found with otc supplements, and lack some knowledge in what certain body parts are called worries me a little bit.. Just keepin it real bro.
 
Day 11: woke up a bit moody.....scale read 202....triceps are sticking out more, and chest is starting form as well. Feelin good...goin to da gym
