THANKS TO ALL OF YOU DRAGON’S DEN INMATES, YOUR SUPPORT IS MUCH APPRECIATED
* I have two good news:
1) The annoying assistant has resigned (winner of the “shortest employee of the month award
Invalid Link Removed, lasted 2 full days, :rofl
2) I just had a workout, spent 5 sec thinking how to best describe it :
ORGASMIC !!!!
* Ok, ok, let me elaborate on 2) , in case you are curious !

After the most dreadful DAY 100 I pretty much made peace with a hard decision of giving up the gym altogether for the rest week
This was because I knew that DAY101&102 would be MUCH more intense

than DAY 100 work-wise, and 100 nearly killed me

Well, I was right about one thing, work was more intense
Invalid Link Removed, 12hrs+ of micro-dissection, pulling various things out of mice.
The procedures are very delicate, tedious, require 100% concentration and breaks are not practical.
* To my surprise, I did not suffer from total CNS meltdown as I initially feared. The worst was hypoglycaemia

I've been barely able to fit 4 meals a day on both days

DAY101
*
Went for a very late cardio session. Mental fatigue wasn’t too bad but bad enough for me to avoid the gym in a LARGE circle :run:
*
Managed 1hr20min of moderate intensity running with sprinting intervals. That in itself was mind-blowing.
*
I did NOT plan on doing ANY sprints at all, but once Prime was in my system I almost had no other choice Invalid Link Removed
It simply felt too easy without them

What’s “worse”, the drive for sprinting was at its peak at about 1hr from the start of the session :fool2: Again, I stopped thinking: Did I just run for for 1hr20min at THAT INTENSITY

And I don’t feel like vomiting or collapsing
DAY102
* Finished work surprisingly early, just over 12 hrs, instead of anticipated 16 :woohoo:
I must be getting better at this micro-dissection stuff
I had this intense desire for lifting even though my reason was trying to talked me out of it….

*I usually begin the week with BACK&SHOULDERS and this was THE first workout this week :GRRRR!!!!
1. Narrow Grip Pulldowns +
2. Military Press
*
The usual warmup weight felt way too easy on the pulldowns. Military I started 5lb heavier than normal and that was too easy as well Invalid Link Removed
*
Workout weight: pulldowns- what I was struggling with last week to get to 10 reps, today felt like a breeze, so I
stacked an extra 11lb
*
Military- only managed a couple of pounds extra over last week’s but
was able to push for 12 reps instead of 10 Invalid Link Removed
* After this first superset I had 30min left to workout (gym shuts earlier on Fridays :aargh: ) so I decided to make the most out of it
3. Deads
*
Went up 10lb in my workout sets. Then again, I couldn’t strictly compare this workout with the last week’s one. ‘Cause
last week I did Deads as a first exrecise
4. Jumped on my bike and went for a 15min racing-speed ride…just to get the Prime out of my system

* Side note: several people from the gym have asked me whether I’ve been taking any “stuff” of late. Got one of them hooked on PWFULL
