2 DAYS ON RECREATE/PWFULL/AP-feeling like an alpha FE-MALE !!!

The first time I thought you just misspelled it, but now that you've done it twice, I'm under the impression that this is the stick-your-nose-in-the-air European way of spelling 'tire' - Am I correct?

Here's my list. I'll try my hardest to put it in order, but it is very difficult...

Sitcoms
1. Seinfeld
2. Arrested Development
3. The Office

Cartoon Sitcoms
1. Family Guy
2. South Park
3. Simpsons

You sir, have fantastic taste. South Park comes ahead of Family Guy on my list, but apart from that, my list would be virtually ver batum.

I still love Seinfeld, simply good and entertaining scripts and acting, especially George and Elaine. Arrested Development should have gotten more acclaim then it received and The Office is great, I even enjoyed the original BBC version.

like your cartoon picks Cannons - I would have added American Dad too

A new one that hasn't really caught on, but the humor is actually very funny, is "Life and Times of Tim" on HBO. It's primarily awkward humor, like The Office.

DAY 98

*Felt as energetic as a sedated turtle (only 5hrs of sleep last night Invalid Link Removed).

*Took the usual dose of Prime and contemplated on going home right after work at 6pm and hitting the sack Invalid Link Removed

*It is 10pm NOW :D

* 6:15PM, I felt the storm building up inside me. I was still sceptical but nevertheless, went out for a run. It turned out to be a most beautiful day after last night's severe thunderstorms (that kept me awake amongst other things... ;)

* Started off with a light jog and intended on nothing more than THAT ! Invalid Link Removed

* 20min after and I'm sprinting like a :wtf: maniac. The ipod tunes are too slow but I can't be bothered changing them 'cause that would cause me to break my rhythm, I thought, what the hell, let the tunes keep up with me rather than the other way around

* 45min later...tunes are still struggling to keep up :p, and I'm going faster...and faster...Invalid Link Removed
I feel no pain...I CAN'T STOP !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Invalid Link Removed

* OK, OK IF REALLY HAVE TO... :ntome:

* 1hr20min: total run duration

... and now what Invalid Link Removed

...that felt like some kind of a lame warmup seriously, maybe I didn't run, maybe I simply did pass out of exhaustion and dreamt the whole thing :fool2:

* I'm beginning to think Prime wasn't such a good idea after all, the little motivation I have to rest may vanquish to oblivion because of it ! Invalid Link Removed

On that last note: I'm planning to take 2 days off Prime (after the initial 10-day load)-EXECUTIVE ORDERS !!!!

The purpose of using supplements is to increase performance and NOT to delay the inevitable Invalid Link Removed...Invalid Link Removed

Overtraining leads to premature aging.

I’ve been told by a friend at work today: You don’t have to worry about career yet, you’re waaay to young for that!

How old do you think I am ?! I asked

24 He said.

I’d like to keep it that way :D :p

DAY 100

The great 100 and what do I have to report .... :ntome:

Well I felt like collapsing and vomiting, not sure in which order. No the weights didn’t sucked the life out of me, it was work. Spent 8 hrs straight doing surgical procedures on rodents with no break WHATSOEVER. I had a trainee with me who was there only to observe and do some very minor assistance work (handing in paper towel and gauzes). During that time he was constantly complaining how hungry and tired he was and how he needed a break. I wanted to bite his head off Invalid Link Removed You ain’t really doing anything to be tired off you spoiled lazy f…k - ar$e !!!!!!!!!!!!!! GRRRRRR !!!!!!!!!!!
Had a little bit to eat but not much 'cause the food made me sick. Think the body didn’t have enough energy for digestion. I’m going to drag myself to bed now. Hope I make it…:(

That's because most women at your age have let them self go. You're still a fox :)

That sounds pretty dreadful! I'm sorry to hear about that. You're a tough one, though! This is nothing!

Get yourself some good rest. I hope you feel better.

Beat him. Beat the insolent little pup unmercifully to a savage bloody pulp. Then set the rats on him. That right, he will learn his place

Oh, man. Dragonfly would rip that guy apart...I think an even better idea is to just straight-up b*tch -slap the guy. Obviously followed up by, "If you want to act like a b*tch, I'll treat you like one. Now hand me the gauze, or get down on all fours and bend over so I can test my hypothesis on the mice and their attraction to rectal tissue. It's your choice."

My vote is to snatch and press the fool, and fling him across the room.

THERE'S YOUR BREAK B*TCH!! NOW GIMME MAH GAUZE FOO!!

THANKS TO ALL OF YOU DRAGON’S DEN INMATES, YOUR SUPPORT IS MUCH APPRECIATED

* I have two good news:

1) The annoying assistant has resigned (winner of the “shortest employee of the month award Invalid Link Removed, lasted 2 full days,)
2) I just had a workout, spent 5 sec thinking how to best describe it : ORGASMIC !!!! :D

* Ok, ok, let me elaborate on 2) , in case you are curious ! :p
After the most dreadful DAY 100 I pretty much made peace with a hard decision of giving up the gym altogether for the rest week
This was because I knew that DAY101&102 would be MUCH more intense  than DAY 100 work-wise, and 100 nearly killed me Invalid Link Removed
Well, I was right about one thing, work was more intense Invalid Link Removed, 12hrs+ of micro-dissection, pulling various things out of mice.
The procedures are very delicate, tedious, require 100% concentration and breaks are not practical.
* To my surprise, I did not suffer from total CNS meltdown as I initially feared. The worst was hypoglycaemia Invalid Link Removed
I've been barely able to fit 4 meals a day on both days Invalid Link Removed

DAY101

* Went for a very late cardio session. Mental fatigue wasn’t too bad but bad enough for me to avoid the gym in a LARGE circle :run:

* Managed 1hr20min of moderate intensity running with sprinting intervals. That in itself was mind-blowing.
* I did NOT plan on doing ANY sprints at all, but once Prime was in my system I almost had no other choice Invalid Link Removed
It simply felt too easy without them :D What’s “worse”, the drive for sprinting was at its peak at about 1hr from the start of the session :fool2: Again, I stopped thinking: Did I just run for for 1hr20min at THAT INTENSITY  And I don’t feel like vomiting or collapsing

DAY102

* Finished work surprisingly early, just over 12 hrs, instead of anticipated 16 :woohoo:
I must be getting better at this micro-dissection stuff
I had this intense desire for lifting even though my reason was trying to talked me out of it….Invalid Link Removed

* Soo hard to fight one’s true nature...Invalid Link Removed Invalid Link Removed :p

*I usually begin the week with BACK&SHOULDERS and this was THE first workout this week :GRRRR!!!!

1. Narrow Grip Pulldowns +
2. Military Press

* The usual warmup weight felt way too easy on the pulldowns. Military I started 5lb heavier than normal and that was too easy as well Invalid Link Removed

* Workout weight: pulldowns- what I was struggling with last week to get to 10 reps, today felt like a breeze, so I stacked an extra 11lb

* Military- only managed a couple of pounds extra over last week’s but was able to push for 12 reps instead of 10 Invalid Link Removed

* After this first superset I had 30min left to workout (gym shuts earlier on Fridays :aargh: ) so I decided to make the most out of it ;)
3. Deads

* Went up 10lb in my workout sets. Then again, I couldn’t strictly compare this workout with the last week’s one. ‘Cause last week I did Deads as a first exrecise :D

4. Jumped on my bike and went for a 15min racing-speed ride…just to get the Prime out of my system
Invalid Link Removed

* Side note: several people from the gym have asked me whether I’ve been taking any “stuff” of late. Got one of them hooked on PWFULL Invalid Link Removed

* I have two good news:

1) The annoying assistant has resigned (winner of the “shortest employee of the month award Invalid Link Removed, lasted 2 full days,)
2) I just had a workout, spent 5 sec thinking how to best describe it : ORGASMIC !!!! :D

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that little b*tch was "coerced"... Go on wit yo bad self.

* Side note: several people from the gym have asked me whether I’ve been taking any “stuff” of late. Got one of them hooked on PWFULL Invalid Link Removed

I got my rommate hooked on bulk 1-C. He loves that stuff.

I don't know how you have the energy you do with that work schedule. It's insane! You're one of a kind for sure. You'd wear me out.

You’d just have to feed me with Prime Irish Invalid Link Removed, cause that is what wears me out

DAILY BRAINWASH Invalid Link Removed :

If you really want to WIN the PRIME game, whether you like it or not - you got to PLAY BY THE RULES….and one of the rules says: REST !!!!!!!!!!

* Prime has this ability Invalid Link Removed to trick your mind into thinking no weight is heavy enough and so, you end up tearing your muscles fibres with no awareness of the demolishing process you are most eagerly putting yourself through. I say “eagerly” because the positive aggression you get from The Ultimate Muscle Pill is just as the word says :

Ultimate
Thesaurus: English (US)
Fundamental
Basic
Essential
Supreme
Extreme
Greatest
Best

* As I mentioned already, last week was hell at work but I somehow managed to pull out an insanely intense session on DAT 102 :smite:
I didn’t even realize how hard I’ve pushed myself until about 5-6 hrs later. I barely dragged myself home and collapsed in bed
dropdead.gif

I couldn’t believe how demolished my whole body wasInvalid Link RemovedInvalid Link Removed

Which brings me to:

DAY 103

* I had a good night sleep and was really motivated to hit the gym. So I did, big mistake :nono::trout:
The session was surprisingly long and the stats were by no means lame but the workout as a whole was rather horrible.
Had no intensity or the usual "Dragon’s drive".
Invalid Link Removed :ntome:

*The “waaay- tooooo- easy- I’ll- stack- some- more- weight ” attitude was replaced by -
“nooooo- this- is- heavy- enough- and- I- am huuuurting soooo badly
 Invalid Link Removed

* I crammed CHEST, BIS&TRIS all in one cause this was only my second session for the week:

1.Bench Press

2.Cable Curls superset
3.Tri Pulldowns

4. DB Chest Press superset
5. Tri-Pushups to failure (hands shoulder width apart)

6. Chinups superset
7. Hammer Curls superset
8. Unilateral Tri pulldowns (really wanted to do dips but felt too wasted)

* Bis were the highlight of the workout. Went up by 9lb :woohoo:

great log DF, love the enthusiasm!

Thanks mate ! Speaking of enthusiasm, no more lame workouts ! Invalid Link Removed

The recovery may be enhanced with Prime but you still need to give it TIME. Time to get my fire back

DAY 104

Invalid Link Removed

No, it is NOT a typo  IT REALLY IS DAY OFF !!!

To my disbelief, yesterday's session wan't a total waste after all. Woke up with some really intense CHEST&BI DOMS. Interesting indeed. Specially the BIS, they are one part I can hardly ever get sore. It only happened twice before in my 2-year workout history and I am NOT joking !

Thanks JKP, that makes me feel better, I thought I was just being lazy :p

I really need to start throwing some free weight stuff in my arm's workouts, like barbell curls, decline skulls, db extensions, db pullovers etc. I used to do all these, once upon a time Invalid Link Removed

I'll join you, I'm in PRIME recovery myself Invalid Link Removed

DAY 105

CHEST DOMS persists
I seriously thought day 103 was a wasted workout and 2 days later I'm still in pain :wtf:
That is most disturbing indeed, is PRIME messing up with all my perception abilities ?! Invalid Link Removed

Not sure if I'll be able to join you for an extra day of rest Volcom, I didn't have the greatest sleep at all last night, in fact it was $hit, restless and anxious :frustrate

...well I still am...restless and anxious to hit some iron...

Last time I had 10 days off was back in 2005. I shipped myself to a semi-deserted island in Croatia ....

I spent 14 days touring around the balkans - Croatia was definately a highlight.

The chicks there aren't too shabby either

Are you sure it was Croatia ?!

But yeah I agree, seafood is AMAZING Invalid Link Removed
The locals in the restaurants and stuff were great and the guys manning our sail boat were awesome. The local women were incredibly stuck up, a local guy told us unless you look like you have a lot of money they wont talk to you and since im walking around in boardies, beaters and thongs all day i don't think i looked the part.

Cocktails were lethal to!

Yep, sounds all too familiar !

AAAH, the homemade cocktails, now that's somethin', I remember bringing some over for my workmates 4 years ago.
It didn't work too well Invalid Link Removed

ANYWAYS, back to:

DAY 105

PRIME-DRAGON-TASTIC :D

1. Leg extensions superset
2. Leg curls

* 5 sets each, 12-15 reps

3. Cable crunches superset
4. Squats

* 5 sets each, 12 reps

5. Hanging knee raises superset
6. DB squats on stability disc

* 4 sets each, 12 reps

* I must have had that death stare Invalid Link Removed because people were rapidly moving out of my way :D Especially one annoying individual who dared to do bicep curls in a squat rack Invalid Link Removed Thank God he wasn’t curious to stick around long enough to know what Dragon’s wrath would be like Invalid Link Removed  What can I say, Prime definitely brings out the best in me :p

* Intensity was great, had no desire or need to rest much between sets. Kept eagerly stacking more weight and each time I was most pleasantly surprised by the apparent ease of lifts :woohoo:
YET AGAIN, I was approached by one of the regulars who asked if I had been taking any “stuff” of late :D

* It has been three hours since I’ve finished my workout and I feel BLOODY AWESOME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Invalid Link Removed

Hope tomorrow comes soon, ‘CAUSE I CAN HARDLY WAIT TO MELT SOME MORE IRON !

I'll definitely be loading up on RPM+Basic Cuts (plus some other goodies...Everyone will just have to wait and see!) for my first workout. The last time I've taken an extended break was in 2006 when I took two weeks off. Normally I just keep it at one week.

Love the pictures.

DAY 106

AROUND 2 AM, I was bored and not tired :fool2: so I took some pics. I'm reasonably happy with my arms at the moment. I don't need to flex them (till my eyes feel like pooping out ) to see there is SOME size to them :D
