I make decisions such as this based off a single mindset: Stable serum levels will produce the most consistent, aggregate effects over time. I.e., - I would stay consistent in your dosage.

* OH MY GOD ! I don’t even know how to start this, I’m still running million miles an hour and there are no weights around for me to trash :sad: My workout finished 4hrs ago….

* I purposely refrained from checking out Prime logs because I did not want to get subconsciously influenced by other people’s experiences. I knew in very vague terms what to expect and I got a bit excited reading Volcom’s log.

In spite of all recent progresses, I have to admit energy levels and aggression have been unusually low in the last couple of weeks Invalid Link Removed Change in weather, work and non-work related anxiety, lack of sleep etc, etc….lots of reasons.
My point being, I was very sceptical of Prime. Invalid Link Removed :lol:

* I took 2 Prime for breakfast and 2 with my BIG FAT PreWO shake:

Hit the gym 30min later….feeling EXTREMELY ALPHA

Started my warmup:
1. Dumbbell jabs on a decline:

* I was crunching& throwin’ jabs with 33lb dumbbells and felt like I was wasting my time Invalid Link Removed
Normally, with that weight, I tend to procrastinate to no end about doing the next set, ‘cause by the end of each, my shoulders would feel quite happy to detach from my trunk! :eek:
I also rarely EVER do this exercise in extremely hot conditions cause I overheat easily Invalid Link Removed (due to the shitty aircon system in my gym :rant:)


Onto:
2. Cleans&presses

* Haven’t done them in over three weeks, since beginning of hypertrophy phase
Started with higher than my usual warmup weight and it felt like a feather :wtf:
Words from Volcom’s log then raced through my mind…”things” feel much easier than what they should feel”….. :think: … :D ...
so PRIME MAGIC MUST HAPPENING !!!! :woohoo:

* I smashed, in my books, a ridiculous amount of sets&reps with my max workout weight. Funny thing, after each consecutive set the weight just kept feeling easier and easier :fool2: So I just kept hammering trying to squeeze more reps without pausing (aiming for 8 reps, first couple of sets had to pause at the 6th rep :aargh:). Resting time was almost foolishly short. I say that because I didn’t feel like resting AT ALL!!!! :twisted: I was literally forcing my self to rest because the rational part of my brain (somehow rather heavily suppressed Invalid Link Removed) insisted on…at least 30-45 secs :lol:

* After having finished with the Clean&Press frenzy I was REALLY pressed for time, I had 30min left before closing.
Invalid Link Removed ‘cause I HAVE NOT FELT A SLIGHTEST DROP IN ENERGY OR POSITIVE AGGRESSION. I was totally furious and wished I had come to the gym earlier :aargh: :rant: To that point I’ve been working out for nearly 40min (yeah, did lots and lots of sets :D) Besides, in the last two weeks and hour is max I would last in the gym and that was streeeeetching it :lol:

I finished with a weird superset:

3. DB Squat on stability disc (don’t ask why I wanted to squat in the middle of a shoulder workout, too complicated to explain :fool2: :p)
4. Front raises
5. “Kettleball” swing on a stability disc (don’t have kettlebells so I use a 22lb plate)

* I raced out of the gym and did 15min HIIT ‘cause I just couldn’t get enough !!!!!!!!
It is approaching midnight here and I’m annoyed, cause I WANT TO LIFT SOMETHIN’ !!!!!!!!!!!! :twisted:

Everything I said ^^^ is total b$hit, I just wanted to get on Anabolic Anonymous USPLabs HATER thread :icon_lol:

Can't you just dose Prime when you would normally eat your fats rather than adding more to your diet?...Or how about just using some EVOO to make it a little easier? Snag also suggested some stuff call Udi (I think that was it) oil. It's a mixture of a bunch of essential fats.

Ya, I can very easily overdo it on almonds. I just have to make sure to measure them out and then close up the container or I will keep going back for more.

How exactly are you spreading out your Prime dosage? AM, Noon, PM? I would assume that's the best option for optimal levels of the products, so my proposal is...

One serving of either EVOO or almonds/walnuts (14g fat) for your 1st and 2nd dose in the AM and Noon, and one serving of coconut oil with your last dose around bed time.

Edit: Is it just me, or when dosing products that require fats, do you feel much safer taking in oils rather than whole foods like almonds? For some reason, I just think taking in liquids is a much better route. They're basically pre-digested, so I think the effect would be better. I always dose ATD with EVOO or Flax.

I did measure once the amount I would ordinary take in one sitting and then realized I was consuming 600+cal of nuts :jaw:
I stopped measuring from then on :lol:

I agree with your proposal other than the coconut oil pre-bed. I prefer coconut cream and I would like to keep in it my shake, yum !!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

I actually prefer whole foods, reason:
100g nuts = ~2600kJ
100ml oil = ~ 3300kJ

So in my opinion, it is much easier to overdo it with oils, but yes, the effect may be better with them.

Since one of the benefits of taking in coconut oil is the saturated fats which increase T production, I figure it's sort of the scientific thing to do. It just goes with your bodies natural chemistry.

This is just me talking, though. It may not make a difference. Plus, I doubt having it twice a day is a problem, so even if you DID take it at night, I see no reason why you couldn't also take it with the shake.
