* OH MY GOD ! I don’t even know how to start this, I’m still running million miles an hour and there are no weights around for me to trash :sad: My workout finished 4hrs ago….

I purposely refrained from checking out Prime logs because I did not want to get subconsciously influenced by other people’s experiences. I knew in very vague terms what to expect and I got a bit excited reading Volcom’s log.
In spite of all recent progresses,
I have to admit energy levels and aggression have been unusually low in the last couple of weeks Invalid Link Removed Change in weather, work and non-work related anxiety, lack of sleep etc, etc….lots of reasons.

I took 2 Prime for breakfast and 2 with my BIG FAT PreWO shake:
45g whey
10g dark cocoa
Handful coconut chips
Handful walnuts&almonds
Coconut cream (eeer, don’t know, didn’t measure
)

Hit the gym 30min later….feeling EXTREMELY ALPHA

Started my warmup:
1. Dumbbell jabs on a decline:
* I was crunching& throwin’ jabs with 33lb dumbbells and felt like I was wasting my time

Normally, with that weight, I tend to procrastinate to no end about doing the next set, ‘cause by the end of each, my shoulders would feel quite happy to detach from my trunk!

I also rarely EVER do this exercise in extremely hot conditions cause I overheat easily

2. Cleans&presses
* Haven’t done them in over three weeks, since beginning of hypertrophy phase
Started with higher than my usual warmup weight and it felt like a feather :wtf:

I smashed, in my books, a ridiculous amount of sets&reps with my max workout weight. Funny thing, after each consecutive set the weight just kept feeling easier and easier :fool2: So I just kept hammering trying to squeeze more reps without pausing (aiming for 8 reps, first couple of sets had to pause at the 6th rep :aargh

Resting time was almost foolishly short. I say that because I didn’t feel like resting AT ALL!!!! :twisted: I was literally forcing my self to rest because the rational part of my brain (somehow rather heavily suppressed

* After having finished with the Clean&Press frenzy I was REALLY pressed for time, I had 30min left before closing.

in the last two weeks and hour is max I would last in the gym and that was streeeeetching it :lol:
I finished with a weird superset:
3. DB Squat on stability disc (don’t ask why I wanted to squat in the middle of a shoulder workout, too complicated to explain :fool2:

)
4. Front raises
5. “Kettleball” swing on a stability disc (don’t have kettlebells so I use a 22lb plate)
* I raced out of the gym and did 15min HIIT ‘cause I just couldn’t get enough !!!!!!!!
It is approaching midnight here and I’m annoyed, cause I WANT TO LIFT SOMETHIN’ !!!!!!!!!!!! :twisted:
