haha thanks brother. yeah i stay pretty lean year round..but this coming fall and winter im planning on putting on some size...i mean, you have to to grow right? i will not let myself get fat but i can afford a little weight.. im 200lbs right now, i could get to 220 and still be happy..im not tryna be a mass monster, i like being ripped and looking/being strong. you can be all show/all go too! haha.No kidding. Ohh ****! I’m stoked to hear you tried em and they worked for ya! Yeah I can really feel it in my upper chest with those in a way that nothing else does. The other thing is those low to high cable flies...do those as a finisher and there’s no way you won’t get that sick upper deck look.Brotha.
I’m not doing another chest workout without reverse grip bench. I haven’t done them in years and I had totally forgot how much they activated a very hard area of the chest to hit. I could see just from my pump after how it filled out my upper chest fantastically. Thanks for the tip, I probably would have forgotten them forever.
I recalled that it did but not to the degree that I noticed Wednesday. But also, my tris were toast after that since I did parallel bar dips with 2 plates on my lap, and close grip incline and reverse grip pull downs. Destroyed.Ohh ****! donkey calf raises with 180lbs of kettlebells hanging off my dip belt. i do these slow and i do like 20 reps. they make my calves sorer than anything else

ive struggled with bench more than anything..its taken me a long as time to get to 315. the past i dunno, 4 months ive been focusing on it. one day is heavy low reps. and on my other push day i do an OHP, with a high volume pause bench after.
