Had a GREAT workout today kids! Had some PR action, fantastic pumps, and overall intensity pushing the envelope (maybe Kleen can find out where THAT saying came from). I updated my mp3 player with some new pulsing tunes. If you guys don't have Devour the Day and Gemini Syndrome on your playlists yet, GET IT... you will thank me for it!

Thanks Classy! I'm sitting right at 200 (between 199-201) This morning I was 200.2. I just can't seem to get the weight up. I eat uncomfortable amounts of calorie dense foods but my weight hasn't moved. That's going to change this next week though. I'm determined to add 5 more pounds!Wow, pics are showing some quality size gain. Maybe I missed it but what it your weight at now? I haven't heard the music you mentioned but I'll check it out. I'm usually one for metal, especially while lifting. Disturbed and Static-X are favorites.
Do you have a log? I'd definitely follow. Glutes can never be too big, I say! I just tried sumo front squats with no lockout and let's just say I thought I might tear my pants because of the glute pump haha. Also very good for the adductors.

Planning on taking it easy the rest of this week so my body can focus on beating this shît. Fairly annoyed that something keeps interrupting my flow. As soon as I get in a groove something has to fûck it up. But I'll just pick up where I left off Monday and keep pushing. The end of this cycle is drawing nigh. PCT soon to come so I really hope I can hit it hard and not miss a beat.

This is probably the worst I've felt. It's worse at night and when I wake up. Feels like someone put a vice on my chest and then I start hacking up a lung. Can't breathe, sleep sucks, headaches... and now I'll stop whining.
How much longer do you have on before yous start PCT?

I just took my last dose today so PCT will start in 2 weeks, Dec 2. I'm still fighting this crap so I didn't get to the gym this morning. But since I tend to feel better later in the day, I'll be going in tomorrow for a full body session since I'm of all day.

I was wondering what it was about the picture that made you reference a musician so I Googled it and saw the names of his kids lol. First of all, my oldest daughters are named Raven Skyy and Raine Starr. So naturally Moon just worked well. And Era is the combination of my name and my wife's name, Eric and Kira.![]()

Well that pretty much sucked. I didn't even log what I did because I just hit a little bit of everything to see how it felt. I did a strength test on Bench and only got 205x4. I was extremely shakey and my joints hurt. I could have gotten a 5th rep but I wasn't going to push it. Did some light squats, slow and deep. Seated Rows, Calf raises, Incline Bench, lat delt raises, and a set of bi Curls and tri extensions. Mostly what I noticed more than anything was how horrible my breathing was. Obviously that would be the case but I just couldn't catch my breath. Oh well, it is what it is. I just need to push it a little harder on Wednesday. Hopefully I'll snap back quick and be able to solidify SOME of my gains.
