I am slowly drying out. Down to 179 this morning. Tomorrow morning will be my last workout before the show. With possibly some light cardio Thurs morning. Going to cut water probably late Thursday night to see how I look and weight Friday. Spray tanning is scheduled for 3pm Friday and weigh in is at 4pm. Then it is time to carb the fk up !!!!! :D

You doing a steak, and cheesecake carb up? Gotta be aggressive with such a short carb up period. Curious what your brother has planned.
 
I'm pretty sure it'll be pizza ;) going to hit it good that evening, then 2-3am see how I'm looking and maybe fill out more with carbs.

I am definetily out of it tonight. Took tomorrow off from work so I will just do some posing and lying around most of the day. Going to up my water intake to 2-3 gallons then drop it completely tomorrow evening and take a maxide (sp). I should be dry as hell Friday and be ready to carb up :D
 
How would you compare this prep to your last, with this one not having any Tren?

I'm on 400mg Test now and 600mg Tren Ace and I've about had it with the insomnia and anxiety at night time. I can't sleep and feel like I'm going crazy. Lol

I was thinking of dropping Test down to 200mg and Tren down to 300mg and slowly working back up but now I'm contemplating just dropping it all together? I really have no plans to ever compete so I don't see any reason to tortue myself with Tren, when I can get where I want without it.
 
I still don't sleep well. I am tired as hell during the day and wake 3-4 times during the night.....

You should try lowering your dose of test to 200 and leave the Tren at 600 for a bit to see how that goes. Lower test while on tren seems to minimize tren sides from my understanding from several people who know pretty well. What are you taking for prolactin? Prami before bed would help with sleep quality.

I've been taking Caber only like .25mg a week. I decided to just drop the Tren completely. I haven't pinned it since Monday night. The past two days I've gotten 4 hours of sleep and they've felt like a constant panic attack.

Next time try some prami, take it only at night. Start with .1 or .2mg a day and work your way up to .5-1mg in gradual increases. You get good prami sleep will hit you like a freight train about an hour after dosing it. Won't keep you from sweating but the sleep and anxiety will go down. At about 1mg you will also have erections that can hammer a railroad spike through a 4x4!

Haha. I had to. I ate throughout the day yesterday so I wasn't sure where I was at. Starting out right though at the motel. Steel cut oats, eggs, coffee and fruit ;)

A run down of how things went and what I ate. It was pretty unortodox but damn did it work !!

We cut my water Thurs night. Friday morning I was still 2lbs heavy. So I took a very hot bath to start sweating. After 10mins I got out and immediately put on 3 layers of sweat pants and hoodies. We had a two hour drive to my show so I sat in front of the heater all the way there. I didn't eat for the day either until after I weighed in. By the time weigh in I had dropped 6lbs so I weighed in at 172 !!

That night (Friday) I started carbing up. I ate a large Cici's pizza. Saturday morning woke up even lighter at 171. Throughout the day I ate.... 3 pancakes, one biscuit with sausage gravy, 2 large bags of lays potato chips, 9 rice cakes, and a Freddies cheeseburger and fris, all while getting fuller and fuller and drier and drier with only sips of water. It was unreal the changes that happened from Friday morning to Saturday evening. It deffinately paid off. Actually the one of the judges said I only lost the Novice Overall by one point !! And it came down to size. He said I was better conditioned than almost all of the BBing competitors there. Not to shabby for my second show. My brother was just as excited as I was, and I owe him more than he knows !!!

Ya I am already prepping my meals today for the week. After this weekend I really don't even have any cravings haha. I did eat a couple pumpkin spice donuts and some reeses today. Got a little sugar high and was a little shakey after. Going to make some lean gains this winter. The hell with that much body fat again !!!

Nah wasn't going to ask that. Different people have different reactions. Most I know have a hard time staying awake. The 1mg was only for the porn star erections, not just controlling prolactin. I would agree that .5 is plenty for keeping prolactin sides at bay for most unless on a serious dose.

Congrats man, you were absolutely peeled! I didn't see the other competitors but you were definitely in absolutely amazing condition!!!!
