Exactly, a cycle log template. Go check out Matt CNW requirements for product testing in his forum. Then we add diet prerequesites i.e. macros, detailed meals and such...Beowulf said:Maybe we could have a sticky that outlines exactly what you need to post if you want help. Every time a newbie thread pops up, we link them to the sticky. Then it is up to them to follow through.

This again. Lets clear something up. It is not always what you say (post) but how you say it. It is never out of line to politely and intelligently challenge or question the actions, opinions or motives of anyone, including a Mod (speaking strictly for myself of course) when you feel the need. It is when someone is disrespectful, rude or belligerent that they cross the line. Then, in most cases they are informed that they have found the line AND crossed it and get warned. Continued disregard for said warnings will result in banning. That and breaking board rules.MadJimF said:I do think, if I would have posted this, I would be banned already
Yeah I see what you're saying but I'm just glad people are learning about how severe AAS is and how to do it safely.
More posts in the Anabolics give the experienced and skilled more chances to guide the strays properly on how to succeed in the fold.

BigVrunga said:More posts in the Anabolics section made by people who want to jump into AAS use without proper attention to nutrition and training, as well as reflecting a complete inability to use the search engine do nothing except take up bandwidth.
Most of the threads we shut down can easily be answered with a search. The 'strays' who dont 'have time' to research their answers will see their threads quickly closed. The Experienced and the Skilled have better things to do with their time than answer the same question 500 times because some kid with his first bottle of Superdrol doesn't know what PCT is.

I do agree with the bandwith because of dollars, but also remember many of the anabolics are exposed and ridden by the Crusaders because of the kid with his first bottle of SD.
BigVrunga said:So the kid with his first bottle of SD should take it upon himself to learn what the hell he is doing before he takes it. We always offer that suggestion (in a more constructive manner) before we shut down the thread and tell him to go do his research.
The problem is that most of these kids dont care about that. They want the 'get big quick' magic pill without wanting to put in the hard work. Some of them will learn their lesson the hard way and come out of it all the wiser. Some will keep popping pills until they self destruct. You can tell the latter what is right and wrong until your blue in the face and they only listen to what they want to hear.
Look at the threads here. The people that express interest in doing things the right way are welcomed and everyone tries to help them out.

I just met one today. He said "I can't gain muscle mass. I even tried juice." The guy is 25, 6'1", about 175. I asked how his diet was and he asked "What do I have to eat?" He wanted me to tell him a few foods that would pack it on for him.Beelzebub said:replace 'more posts in the anabolics' with 'more posts in the nutrition subforum' and we're on the same page.
show me a natural guy with a perfect diet, that's potential.
show me a juiced up **** with a shitty diet; he's either a fat ass or a skinny punk.

Maybe time as member rather than posts. Possibly just board supporters.Bobo said:I am slowly leaning towards restricting this forum to users who has posted a certain number of times. That's why we should always put on the kid gloves and do our best to help..
BTW, this site does a great job at this. That's why I decided to start posting here. Nice to meet all of you.

In the quest for fairness, new members, like me, who know the necessities of Bodybuilding, would suffer. What about some kind of knowledge exam needing a score of say 90% needing to be passed before allowed entry?

To avoid cheating, the computer can consistently change the questions for each candidate. Follow up quizzes can be required until a certain time where a member gains tenure to this forum. Now THAT will get some learning into these youngsters and would be innovative for this site to say the least.
And please lets give the new people SOME slack. I remember many first posts by some of the vets here and they were...interesting to say the least
