100 Day Pull-up/Push Up Challenge!!! Join Me Starting Friday Dec 16th!!!

Under grip are starting to get real easy now :)

i'll always start with wide grip then onto over grip then under grip!
 
Haven't posted in a few days, but I'm still on point. Haven't had to play catch up for awhile. Chub like you I switch it up. Some days I do only one way other days I nix it around. Whatever I feel like at the time.
 
My arms are constantly pumped now.
 
Well haven't posted been traveling now I am set at my new FOB and day 24 done missed 25 will make it up tommorow with 26 (Jan10th)
 
Still killing it here for now. I need to be up in this thread more often though. Glad to hear you guys are still good to go

Heading out to do mine and a few miles here shortly.
 
Dynamic warm ups, pull ups, push ups, 2.5 mile run, cool down, and stretching. Not bad for active recovery.
 
I'll hit mine up a bit later. Will just do some dynamic warm ups push ups pulls ups maybe 20-30 easy on the bike and cool down stretches. Yesterday and today are actually my off days but I dont mind staying loose and active. Just not pushing it hard.

Mine are done and even threw in 10 turkish get ups each side with a 30lb kb.

Did mine during my dynamic warm ups then hit my 5x5 up of deads, front squats, back raises, planks, and some calf work thrown in.

Wow that is a sick workout. Getting in the pull ups has been almost impossible in the cold lol. The push ups though.. I do 100 everyday when I wake up usually so that's no problem... it's the pull ups! Snow doesn't help!

Look at you buddy, double repping..lol. Good for you.

Buy an iron gym man. Pretty cheap especially if you use a bed bath and beyond coupon for 20% off. They work well enough and I get good use out of mine at home or the office. Especially to knock a few out here and there. Usually when I'm on my way to take a piss. I'll knock out a crap ton on nights I'm drinking..lol

And yeah, I've been really liking the 5x5 I've been following. Except for the other day when I knocked the crap out of my jaw doing power cleans lol

Iron gym is nice. The padding came over. Returned it and bought a new 1 w/25% off coupon.

I love the NTBM line of PH...
Their test boosters and whatnot are always out of stock because of the higher quality of extracts they use. (I've listened to enough supplement talk, etc. and quality... is where the results are).

Anyway, my main problem with those adaption things is I have no american style doorway... my doors are all the sliding type... above my bathroom there is a door-like thing... but I think it was too weak. A buddy of mine tried it and he said it was dangerous as all hell lol. I have begun to just play catch up... i can do around 50 pull ups in 5 mins so I will just do um, rest up go back out and do more haha. usually just do some kind of circuit outside so I don't freeze to death from the wind.

Forgot that the gym on base closes at 9 of Fridays so last night I barely had time to knock my days numbers out and get a mile and a half in on the treadmill making me push my workout to today... My off day. Oh well. Gonna go hit it up now before the games start today.

Yes you do. Be happy unless you chose to go all the way to 100 straight, cause miss days will kill ya. The real key is to spread them out all day long. That way you don't over tax yourself.

Yea. The pull ups are insane... Trying to catch up is crazy. Ive been just putting my make shift power rack in my house at the top and doing ghetto pull ups in my house whenever I can.
 
Still thinking what I'll do for my next challenge. Maybe air squats. Whatever it is it needs to be a body weight exercise type movement. I've done pull ups. And LOVE that and one pull up with push ups
