    Alternative to oatmeal

    Doe anyone know of a breakfast meal that is lower in carbs than oatmeal? Just recently started eating this in the morning compared to eggs, but i'm not diggin' the carbs. I dunno if i wanna go back to eggs again, or just stick with oatmeal. What is a good breakfast meal for a cut?

    Just wondering if this is something anyone else has experienced. I hit the gym, pretty hard since i started back up again and this is about week 3. Needless to say I grabbed some cottage cheese (bout 2 servings) and passed out. Woke up 6 hours later and felt amazing, been doing it for 3 days...
