I've just finished a twelve week run of Muscle Adduction's MusclePlex. Which, in my opinion, is a very under-rated and under discussed natural anabolic.

Just picked up two bottles of CEL's Anabolic Effect, just wanted to know which dosing (on empty, with meals, pre-workout etc) people have found to be most effective?
What are the best non stim pre-workout nootropics? What would be your top picks for zoning in and increasing that mind-muscle connection?
Alpha-GPC?
Huperzine-A?
Citicoline?
L-Theanine?
L-Tyrosine?
Bacopa?
Has anybody got any experience with Muscle Addiction's MusclePlex, if so, what results/effects did you notice?
The epicatechin looks a little underdosed, from what I know the effective daily dose of epicatechin is 300mg per day and this only has half of that (150mg)?
Could CEL's M-Test and SNS' Optimize-T be stacked together, or is the overlap of the Tongkat Ali and PrimaVie an issue?
I've been on M-Test for coming up to eight weeks now and instead of a straight change thought I'd stack instead.
I know that S7 contains green coffee bean extract, but I see that it's in a few stim free pre-workouts, so is the amount of caffeine in S7 so low that it has no stimulant effects at all?
With my new routine/schedule, the only time that I can train is about 2-3 hours before I need to be asleep...
What ingredients do you guys look for in a good non-stim pre-workout? So no stims, just max blood flow, pumps, focus and for help with squeezing out those final few reps.
I'm in the market for a new stim-free pre-workout and came across Chaos And Pain's PermaSwole. The profile looks nice and simple, 6g of pure Citrulline, 2g Betaine, 2g GlycerPump, 1g Nitrosigine and 50mg of AstraGin to put it all to good use.

Just seen that BLR are dropping a new product called Androgin. BLR are very popular, for good reason, so I'm very interested in this. Does anybody have any info or ideas of what it might be?
