Muscle Addiction MusclePlex

Has anybody got any experience with Muscle Addiction's MusclePlex, if so, what results/effects did you notice?

The epicatechin looks a little underdosed, from what I know the effective daily dose of epicatechin is 300mg per day and this only has half of that (150mg)?

The main ingredient in Muscle Plex is RipFactor.

We had had people ask us to do a RipFactor product, so we did Muscle Plex which features 650 mg. RipFactor and we included 300 mg. VASO6 and 150 mg. Epicatechin in with it.

The amount of Epicatechin in Muscle Plex is a good amount for complimenting the effects of RipFactor and VASO6, but it isn't meant to be a standalone product for Epicatechin content if that is what you're looking for.

If looking for a highly dosed Epicatechin product, then Epi-Plex is the way to go.

The RipFactor is still my main interest in MusclePlex. I know it gets overhyped by a lot of companies, but even with realistic expectations it sounds great.
Is 150mg of epicatechin enough to reap it's benefits or is there any reason as to why you couldn't double dose, two caps twice per day?

You could definitely double the dose if you wanted to.

The dosage of RipFactor in Muscle Plex is the higher of the two dosages used in studies, but there shouldn't be any harm in going higher, and I would think that it could be beneficial.

If you were just looking to increase the daily dosage of Epicatechin, you could add a capsule per day of Epi-Plex.

As MusclePlex and Epi-Plex are the same price I'll go the double dose route....
1300mg RipFactor
600mg Vaso6
300mg Epicatechin

Thanks again @sns8778

You're welcome.

To make sure you're comparing correctly though, remember that Epi-Plex is 60 capsules of 300 mg. each. So if you're only adding 300 mg. of Epicatechin extra then a bottle would last you for 2 months.

But most people running Epicatechin for the full benefits normally run it at 600 mg. per day anyway, so that put Epi-Plex being a month.

There's no right or wrong way, just personal preference. I'm kind of excited to see how you like RipFactor at that dose.

I wish scientists would start doing super-mega-extra bodybuilding type doses for comparison. I need to know exactly how jacked I can get!!

But on a more serious note, it’s nice they studied two different doses, but I do wish they’d cover a broader range. It’s nice knowing if we can still get benefit from small doses and save some money where possible. But I also like knowing where diminishing returns start. In most cases, taking more will do more, but it would be nice to see how much and all.

I know the recommended dose is two caps pre-workout, but as I'll be taking four per day, do you have any recommendations on when/how to take the other two?

I would personally space them out 8 to 12 hours apart. If you workout in the morning, I'd take them in the evening. If you workout in the evening, I'd take them in the morning.

Not 30-45 minutes pre-workout?

Yes, you'd said that you were going to take 2 pre-workout and asked how I suggested you take the other 2; sorry for any confusion.

I was saying if you take 2 pre-workout, space the other 2 out at a different time of the day.

So if you train in the morning and take 2 before your workout, the other 2 would be taken at night. Or if you train at night and take 2 pre-workout, I would take the other 2 in the morning.

Ahh, yeah, sorry, my bad.

Any reason as to why I should or shouldn't take the two non pre-workout dose with food?

Not that I'm aware of. I take Epicatechin and VASO6 containing products with food some myself and there's no reason that I know of that taking RipFactor with food would diminish it in any way.

I recommend SNS, CEL, and Muscle Addiction to a lot of folks regularly. I always tell these people, "If you order this product, and are not happy with it, I will personally reimburse you for it it". That said, in the last 2 years, I have never had anyone come back to me and say they were unhappy. That speaks volumes to the quality, and effectiveness of their products @sns8778

Agreed with this. When the products are made with quality there’s no unhappy customers!

I've done this exact same thing 😂 But only with SNS. People over here in the UK just have no idea who SNS are.

Thank you. I really appreciate that. I do wish that more people in the UK/EU knew about us. Heck, I wish that more people here in the US knew about us.

I love helping people and I love the science and supplements, but the marketing side is something I just don't have the knowledge of, or the budget for that many of the larger companies do.
