  12. Fearns and Solgars Lecithin

    I've been using both for my PA fix. Very happy with them. I eat more, my strength is up, and there is no additional body fat. Been using them for over three years. Is there a supplement that can better these two, relatively cheap, PA products? I am really apprehensive. Any reasonable thoughts??

    I went through a jar of M-Test and felt nothing. Perhaps a little better sleep quality. Has anyone either, A) increased capsules used from 6 to 8-12 a day? or, B) Felt results with using the regular dosing listed on the label for 3 or more months?
