    My left forearm is overdeveloping compared to my right, while my right bicep is overdeveloping compared to my left. What's going on? I do same exercises for both arms.

    Let's answer this once and for all. I am an 18 y/o male, and want to gain mass.

    What do I use? Friends have directed me towards using a ph, but that seems a little strong for me. No, I haven't reached genetic potential, but have plateaued. What should I use to gain lean mass? Protein and fish oil being a given.
