Crackerdoctor burning up old PRs with App Nut's Lit UP (Sponsored)

Beginning Stats: Height 6'0, Weight ~180, BF% ~16.
Beginning Maxes: Bench - 245 Squat - 245 (hurt my knee a while ago) DL - 315.

Excited to do this log, and will update sometime post-workout. Feedback is more than welcome, glad to have you along for the ride. Time to light the fire in the belly!

First workout today. I'll be starting off each update by answering the questions given by the sponsor.

1. Your appearance before and after training compared to "normal": Operating under the assumption "normal" refers to normal workout looks - I'd say nothing special just looking at me. Pump wasn't anything extraordinary, but it was there.
2. Strength: Not stronger, per se, but easier to get those final reps.
3. Focus: Great - Focus is the biggest thing I got from Lit-Up. It was pretty solid.
4. Your overall energy levels: Above average, still feel great after workout.
5. Any training and exercise in detail -
Bench Press: 3 sets of 10 @185lbs
SkullCrusher: 3 sets of 10 @70lbs
TriPushdown: 2 sets of 10 @40lbs
TriKickbacks: 3 sets of 12 @15lbs
Abs

Went easy on the chest today, focused more on the triceps. An easy day, all in all.

Today was Legs.

1. Your appearance before and after training compared to "normal": Once again, average. The regular pump.
2. Strength: Was feeling great, my sets came (relatively) easy today. Not usual for legs day.
3. Focus: I love it - I really focus in from on the way to the gym till when I get home. Mind wasn't wondering at all either.
4. Your overall energy levels: Pretty good, had plenty of energy for my sets.
5. Any training and exercise in detail:
Squat - 1 set of 8,5,5,5 @135,185,205,205 respectively. Nothing difficult here, just wrist pain.
Seated Calf Raises - 3 sets of 8 @110.
Leg Press - 1 set of 6,8,8 @360. Good, deep motion.
Leg Press Calf Raises - 3 sets of 15 @360 (really blasted the calves).
A couple set of pullups (wide grip), 10 reps for fun.

Solid, short day in the gym. I'll be taking it kinda light for the next week, in preparation for Christmas Break Bulkamania.

1. Your appearance before and after training compared to "normal": I looked normal prior to the workout, but post workout I'm looking pretty nice. I hit back and tris today, and my back is nice and tight to look at. Very nice.
2. Strength: Through the roof for my Deads - may be because I took a couple weeks off from them, but I'm sure Lit Up helped in its way.
3. Focus: Once again, excellent. No problem focusing on the workout at hand.
4. Your overall energy levels: Had plenty of energy for my Deads, was kinda dead afterwards though (no pun intended).
5. Any training and exercise in detail:
Warmed up to Deads, @135,185,235 respectively.
4 sets of 4 Deadlift, @285. Didn't come easy, but form didn't suffer.
3 sets of pullups, 8,5,5 respectively. I was pretty worn out after the DL, so nothing impressive from here on out.
Upper Back Machine, 4 sets of 6 @100lbs each side.
SkullCrushers, 2 sets of 10, 1 set of 7 @70 lbs.
Tri Kickbacks, 2 sets of 12 @15lbs.

That's about it, spent most of my time today doing DL, the rest of the workout was more for fun than anything else.

Above is how I felt today when I took Lit-Up!

Let's get started.
1. Your appearance before and after training compared to "normal": Same as the prior days, nothing special. My chest was pumped for some reason though, even though I did chest. Not going to complain about that lol.
2. Strength: Didn't do anything heavy today, so no comment.
3. Focus: Par excellente.
4. Your overall energy levels: You saw the picture above, haha. I was on fire (may be because I took two scoops today to see what it would do.
5. Any training and exercise in detail: Today I took it light with higher reps than usual, because I went so hard yesterday. Still had fun.
Squat: 3x10 @135 (full range of course).
Seated Calf Raises: 4x6 @140 (trying to hit the calves, they're looking puny).
Leg Press: 3x10 @270 (Easy isn't the word I would use, but it felt good).
Abs
5 minutes of cardio (elliptical).

I will soon enough, I'll throw it on the Christmas list. I just never think about it until I'm in the gym.

Today was a low rep/high weight kinda day, chest/bi.

1. Your appearance before and after training compared to "normal": Before- Normal After - Normal, surprisingly. Might have been the low reps, but not much of a pump today. Just look sweaty.
2. Strength: Not bad, was able to get good RoM for my reps, not complaining.
3. Focus: Great, as usual.
4. Your overall energy levels: Invalid Link Removed
5. Any training and exercise in detail:
Bench: 3x3 @205
Reverse Curls: 2x10 @50
Incline: 4x3 @165
Preacher Curls: 5x3 @45
Iso Incline: 4x3 @200
DB Milt Pres: 3x4 @75each
Hammer Curls: 5x3 @40each
Upper Forearm Curls: 3x15 @15 (My most lagging part).

Been in Vegas for a few days, now I'm back in the weight room.

1. Your appearance before and after training compared to "normal": Nothing too special, still looking good though.
2. Strength: Pushing and pulling some heavy weight today, got through the sets. Solid.
3. Focus: The best thing about this pre-workout, it's so good!
4. Your overall energy levels: Up there, got my stuff done.
5. Any training

Bench Press: 4x4 @185
DeadLift: 4x4 @275
Incline: 3x5 @155
Cable Cross: 1x10 @20

Weak day for sure, but my lifting partner wasn't feeling good.

Got 3 days worth of updates here.

Focus: Great for a while, then I hit zombie mode midway through.
Energy: The crashes I've talked about, happened during the workout. When I finished my Deadlifts, I was dead. It was the worst energy I've ever had in a workout; I don't know what was going on, but I don't like it at all.

Looks: not bad, but I've had better on bicep days.
Energy: Better than last time, but I'm pretty used to it.
Strength: okay, didn't do anything heavy.
Workout:
Did Lee Priest's intermediate bicep workout, will post a link when I get to a pc.
Deadlift3x10@205
Pulldowns 3x12@180

It was a good run, but I think it's time for me to retire this log. I'm crashing and not getting much out of it anymore. I'll post up a final review and progress pics in a day or so. Thanks for the support guys!
