Weight: 180 lbs.
Height: 5 ft. 11 inches.
Diet: Starting Keto (CKD), first cut.
BF%: ~17-19.
Training Schedule: 5 days a week, starting tomorrow. Layne Norton's PHAT program. Cardio of some sort every other day.
I'll throw up a before picture in a couple of days.

Definite thermo effect! Glad this is working so well for you.
I have to agree on carbs...they seem like the only real weapon for getting rid of that hunger feeling.
