I like to pre load so for me i do 10g pre and 10g post for a week than afterwards i dose 5g post...As said drink lots of water. And creapure is the best mono creatine
I've always used 5g postworkout. No real need to load. After around 3 weeks your body will reach it's max regardless. Some people bloat on 10g loading.
Everyone does it differently, but it'll work either way. Try out different ways and see what you like usually
