I just finished a 12 week pharm grade test cyp cycle 6 weeks ago. 500mg a week. Great gains during bulk. Test was just under 4000 2 weeks in.
Now I am 11 weeks out.

Clomid 100 for a week then 50 for a week
Nolva 20 for 3 weeks
Question is I don't want to lose all my gains...

first time doing a STRICT MACRO carb cycle. Anybody have any good experiences. This is my plan. My metabolism is very fast. On my low carb day I woke up weighing 6 or so lbs lighter the next day.

I weighed in at 154 today. Hand held meter said I was at 5.1 % body fat i know they r not to accurate. Any tips on carb cycling, water, sodium etc please. Any help would be great. Wanna have that thin skin and look best as possible obviously lol.

WHen bulking do I count calories burned for my calorie intake for the day? I use myfitnesspal and it automatically takes them out when I ad exercise to my log.
I used to skateboard a lot as a kid and due to all the pumping I did my left thigh is noticeably bigger than the right. I hate this. I know I should probably train one leg lifts. It any advice from experts? High reps with the left, low with the left??

I eat good throughout the day but when the night rolls around I crave carbs like crazy. Cravings to strong to not give in. Lol. PB and J sandwiches usually do the trick. I am in the single digit BF and train great and look great but I know I can take it to the next level. Any suggestions...

I tested my body fat on one of the hand held ones before a workout and it read 5.4. How accurate are those damn things. I'm pretty damn lean but I dunno if I'm that low lol.
Anybody have a good source or website for pretty specific meal plans for different goals. I'm pretty damn clueless. I just know to eat good every 2.5-3 hrs. Results are great though. Lol
