  • I write people meal plans if your interested. I would need to know what a normal day consists of. What activity level, workout routine, and example of current diet. I would need a front and back relaxed pics and youd need to take some general measurements. After I get all the info from you I need Ill write up a meal plan with alternatives and try to keep some foods on there that you enjoy to a degree.

    What would be your goals? Gaining mass? The one thing I promise my clients is results. If we dont see results in 3 months I keep working with you for free. The cost is $100 for 12 week meal plan with progress follow along and $150 for diet, workout and supp plan. But I make sure you get your results. Let me know if you have any questions.
