CARB CYCLING.

first time doing a STRICT MACRO carb cycle. Anybody have any good experiences. This is my plan. My metabolism is very fast. On my low carb day I woke up weighing 6 or so lbs lighter the next day.

I think you should keep the calories the same but just increase your carb to fat ratio for low, moderate, and high carb days.

What are your goals? Fat seems a tad low and so do cals. Give this article a read, it is an excellent guide and outline.

Some of that 6lb loss is likely water loss. Carbs hold water and as your carbs are drastically reduced you will expel stored water to an extent.

That's where I got it from. I raised the fat 10 grams and am reverse dieting 2 gs of fat a week and 5g of carbs
