    Mouth Guard when lifting

    So I was at the dentist today and he is recommending I wear a mouth guard when lifting. Says I'm a clenched and its damaging my back teeth and jaw joint. Anyone else have this issue? Getting a great jaw pump isn't exactly what I'm after in the gym and dental work is costly.
