Thanks for the reply man , i'm leaning towards some oatmeal before the gym I usually go in the AM so that will be perfect, and some days ill do eggs also
I'm not really counting macros, just "watching what i eat" im usually on grilled chicken and salads , fish everyday so far cut 30 pounds just looking for a good pre and post workout meal if i have no time for cooking sometimes if that makes sense

Coming here to get some insights, I feel like I'm lacking in supplements mostly "Post Workout" right now I'm just taking Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey one scoop. I want to start getting into taking some more supplements that will help in anyway (if that makes any sense)...
So yesterday was my first gym injury since I started about 5 months ago. I was doing shrugs for traps "Super setting with dumb bells 75-65-55 3 sets 8-12 reps" and just did a regular 3 set with 2x 45 plates on shrug machine. I didn't feel anything after that so I continued my shoulder routine...
