    I'm not really counting macros, just "watching what i eat" im usually on grilled chicken and salads , fish everyday so far cut 30 pounds just looking for a good pre and post workout meal if i have no time for cooking sometimes if that makes sense

    So yesterday was my first gym injury since I started about 5 months ago. I was doing shrugs for traps "Super setting with dumb bells 75-65-55 3 sets 8-12 reps" and just did a regular 3 set with 2x 45 plates on shrug machine. I didn't feel anything after that so I continued my shoulder routine...
