Hi all,
Coming here to get some insights, I feel like I'm lacking in supplements mostly "Post Workout" right now I'm just taking Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey one scoop. I want to start getting into taking some more supplements that will help in anyway (if that makes any sense). My pre-workout i take is EVL Furious Grape. If anybody can post some suggestions, other stuff to put in my post workout protein shake or a supplement to take before sleep (Casein Protein). One of the guys at GNC recommended probiotics but they didn't go to far in depth with what it does and when it should be taken.
