At least that is what they say. I am not a believer of 100:1, 200:1 or 1000:1 extracts, where nobody knows what is in there. You can only make educated guesses about the active ingredients.

What type of green tea extract? I don't have a clear opinion on this. Nice to have, but personally I did not see a lot more effects than from a grape seed extract or pine bark extract for instance

OK, I tried Amp Citrate before (Blackburn) when it was still a thing. That is why I was asking.
I am using ephedrine for quite some time and actually you will get used to it. For me ephedrine + caffeine is more like an endless energy thing, not so much aggression.
Have you tried it yet? I have received it and tried it yesterday for the first time. Not sure what to think about it. I had definitely not a better training session at 200mg.
