    Answered Ecdysterone

Ecdy is still as good as it gets for stuff which is not on the Wada list imo One of the few supplements where I can feel the difference between being on or off. Strength and recovery are so much better when using ecdy. It is my personal opinion about it and the recent studies which found some...

I am asking a question. If you don't want to answer it, fair enough, but don't write a full paragraph about how disrespectful I am. Anyways, bye, was really fun being part of this discussion here.

At least that is what they say. I am not a believer of 100:1, 200:1 or 1000:1 extracts, where nobody knows what is in there. You can only make educated guesses about the active ingredients. Anyhow, I guess SNS is using plain powder then? Full spectrum in supplement language?

Hope SNS is using standardized extracts and not some 100:1 or whatever as you can find in Vector.

    Unanswered ecdysterone any experience ?

I have read the full article and they used Ecdysone by Peak, which is an underdosed spinach extract product that has been discontinued. It does not meet the label claims at all and the results that lead to their conclusion is based on an oral ingestion of 48mg ecdy. The full study is pretty...

    Unanswered Compound Solutions Gets Sued

What type of green tea extract? I don't have a clear opinion on this. Nice to have, but personally I did not see a lot more effects than from a grape seed extract or pine bark extract for instance

    Unanswered ecdysterone any experience ?

Interestingly enough they used Ecdysone by Peak which claims to have 100mg ecdy from a Spinach Extract. When they tested for the Ecdy content, they only found 6mg of ecdy per capsule. Also no roids or anything else were found. The group which increased their muscle mass according to this study...

I have seen many storms in my life. Most storms have caught me by surprise, so I had to learn very quickly to look further and understand that I am not capable of controlling the weather, to exercise the art of patience and to respect the fury of being a natty

What is the source of ecdy for their product? It is not clear on their homepage.

Opinions on AMP Citrate as pre workout?

OK, I tried Amp Citrate before (Blackburn) when it was still a thing. That is why I was asking. I am using ephedrine for quite some time and actually you will get used to it. For me ephedrine + caffeine is more like an endless energy thing, not so much aggression.

Have you tried Amp C before? Ephedrine should not be so "dirty". But I also like ephedrine.

Have you tried it yet? I have received it and tried it yesterday for the first time. Not sure what to think about it. I had definitely not a better training session at 200mg.
