    I got my SBD stiff wraps in the mail last week. Definitely the stiffest wraps I've used. I love stiff wraps so these are top of my list for now. Definitely a must if you like stiff wraps.

    I use bench blockz. I can do board presses without someone holding a board for me. Basically yoga blocks but with places for the bar. Helps out a lot if you have a high sticking point.     HIIT W/knee problem

    I'd keep doing the elliptical. Just because it doesn't hurt it, you can do different variations and hills. That's what I do and I can manage alright, it's boring at times but it puts the least amount of stress on my knees.

    Training Program Spreadsheets

    I'm looking to start a new training program for collegiate nationals in April but I was going to see what other people had before I went crazy with designing one. I'm going to try and do a Blaine Sumner type training and do two main movements a day, one raw, and one in gear.

    I like the sauna for 24 hour weigh ins. I've cut 5 lbs and I've cut 15 lbs doing it without prescription diuretics and all the fluff. Just dandelion root and cayenne.

    I prefer 5/3/1 mainly because I like the increasing weight and decreasing intensity to handle higher weight.

    I love Titans wraps. I like the gold signature series, but mainly because I have a bum wrist and those are the stiffest wraps I can find other than SBD. I also like Ganstas but they just aren't stiff enough for me.
