I got my SBD stiff wraps in the mail last week. Definitely the stiffest wraps I've used. I love stiff wraps so these are top of my list for now. Definitely a must if you like stiff wraps.
Lol I was just seeing it advertised a while back and see Chad Wesley smith do it got me interested. I'm a powerlifter so I already do heavy lifting. Just figured I'd go and have some fun one weekend if it wasn't close to a meet.
I use bench blockz. I can do board presses without someone holding a board for me. Basically yoga blocks but with places for the bar. Helps out a lot if you have a high sticking point. Also if you have a closer grip means you utilize your triceps more on the press, so a lot of tricep work. Nose...
Stay with the cube as everyone said. The cube is one of the best programs for jumping into powerlifting. It gets down to business and you make great gains early on, as everyone said I'd do maybe a week of Deload and active recovery. Go right back into it and make more strength gains and look...

I'm looking to start a new training program for collegiate nationals in April but I was going to see what other people had before I went crazy with designing one. I'm going to try and do a Blaine Sumner type training and do two main movements a day, one raw, and one in gear.
I like the sauna for 24 hour weigh ins. I've cut 5 lbs and I've cut 15 lbs doing it without prescription diuretics and all the fluff. Just dandelion root and cayenne.
I love Titans wraps. I like the gold signature series, but mainly because I have a bum wrist and those are the stiffest wraps I can find other than SBD. I also like Ganstas but they just aren't stiff enough for me.
I'm attempting to cut down to 242s for a meet in October. It's 24 hour weigh in so I can afford to drop around 10 lbs of water weight and gain most back without it hurting me. I want to hit 250 by October 10th, I starred my meet prep last week and I'm down to 274.8 this morning. I'm steadily...
