So I suffer with lower back pain and its cause is actually simple.... extremely tight hamstrings.
If I dont stretch them the pain is bad, even when I do stretch the pain goes away but comes back writhin a few hours.
I am stretching my hams for about 20mins every day but they just dont...
No harm in trying it and seeing the effects, I guess it's just a case of making sure you don't fill your body with the saturated fats. Obviously red meat has saturated fats but not sure how it compares potion size to portion size.
Lots of saturated fat but it is generally lower carb, higher fats/protein. They are good though and hard to resist for sure!
For me, I wouldnt use them but everyone is different. What about trail mix? Just make sure its nuts and fruit, no granola.

The reason my macros are like that is simple. Too low carb and I just wont stick to the diet, feel like crap all the time. This is as low as I tend to go with carbs. Protein is nearly at 1lb/kg which I find optimal for me and I dont lose strength or size and fat is just filling in the rest...
