I haven't used basis but two things that have screwed with my gut is the alpha one and any oral carnitine. liquid carnitine gives you the squirts pretty bad. the TD version from XPG is spot on...

well coincidentally we just cancelled our Jan sunny vacation plans. Plane tickets that were $2200 first class 18 months ago are $4800 economy this year (wtf) so we're going to sideline that budget...
