    hmm quite a big conversation going on here lol.. isnt saturated fat good , trans fat=bad?? im confused and also im going to be only using it before bed and would 1 scoop be ok as a serving?

    Dont eat egg, sea food, beef, hot sauce, peanut, acidic food when ur'e injured..makes the pain last longer and wont heal as faster at a normal rate just to let u guys kno
