Nice cycle..I'd throw some prop in weeks 1-4 though...or even better test susp...I make a mean waterbase....
Looks alot like my winter cycle coming up,expect throw in 1,000mg EQ,make the tren 100mg ed,and stretch the entire cycle out to 16wks...and run the winny for 6weeks at the end instead of 4..

ya i went to 100mg of tren ed, its the shhhhhiiii! and i do love prop! :twisted:

bb seated military press 225x8

joints are pretty dry but whatever it don't hurt that bad.

bw is up 19lbs pretty lean too. no water retention thanks to arimidex and still got 4 weeks left! :woohoo:

i was thinkin of running epi for the last 4 weeks instead of winny. what do you all think of that?

i would run the epi at about 50mg ED.
 
do you already have the winny? if you got it id say run it but then again i have some winny and i Still havent used it. So i cant talk.

naw but 50mg ed or 100mg? Winny is pretty hard on lipids...
 
well i got 50 50mg BD winstrol tabs. I hope to get some feedback with your experience. Just curious, you prone to MPB? Winstrol is supposed to be a killer in this department.

i'm not prone to MPB, but right now my joints are dried out so bad. i can still push through though! :clean:

i should mention that i my hair sheds when i take winstrol but it has never thinned.

isnt ur training aka overtraining? thats what im always told and i was doing sets and reps like you

45 and i train the same. 3 hours of just back and bi`s is a normal day for us. i guess it goes back to that old saying " everyone is different" .
for some guys that might be overtraining and for us its just training.

well i can totally agree on so many lvs BUT..

i know ive spent 2hours prob a few times just hitting bi and tri and just keep going doing everysingle machine and or option but is that really good for my body? i watch all these pro videos of them doing at least 5-10 exercises and several sets per musclegroup.. so does your body get to a point that it can repair fast enuff or your just so big that u can workout so much more then the normal folk?

ok i lost myself but yea i think i might be used to powerlifters alittle to much cuz they dont tend to do toomany high rep stuff and thats what takes 2hours + ok im gonna shutup now and just read

there gets to be a point where i know i cannot reach certain parts of my body and dont always have access to someone who could assist me in shaving those parts..

id dread shaving not only my face every day or other day but my entire body. let alone the prickly stuff that must grow back and totally destroys anything it touches

doesnt the hair growing back at the inside elbow joint totally itch hurt etc and back of knee?

most guys dont have that many hairy bodyparts sadly i do. illshutup now

your real close. 6ft 247. i've had people tell me i'm doing way to much that i'm overtraining and all that sh!t, but i don't feel right if i'm not in the gym killing it for 2 or 3 hours. i also never really had good gains until i started training crazy.

its not that bad. its a pretty close cut. i got the ones girls use to trim their bush. so its very smooth.:thumbsup:

if you can spring for it, i like to add XFactor into my PCTs! it is completely non-hormonal and still gets you bigger! (jsut an idea)

Sustanon 1-12 1000mg (i am pinning this eod)
Dbol 1-4 (25,25,50,50)
Tren 1-8 75mg ED
Winny 8-12 50,50,100,100
Arimidex 0.5mg ED (to keep the bloat down)

6' 227lbs 13% bf

When I hit up this pathetic cutting cycle, I swear I'm gonna gain strength on it, and start reppin' w/ 3 plates. I'm gonna run this place soon!
