did back/bi's today and got a PR!!!!!:dl:

deadlifts 405x2 i most likely could have gotten 3 but it would have been hard as hell and i didn't wanna fcuk anything up. i didn't try for a 1 rep max cause my back was sore after that.

just focused on gettin 8-12 reps for the rest of my workout.

ok so i didn't make it to the gym yesterday or today...:sad: but will be killing it tomorrow. I went to south beach last night :woohoo: there was so much ass!!!! and slept all of today, it was worth it missing 2 days in the gym for solid 10's.

What he forgot to mention was to get to 10 he had to screw 5 number 2's. LOL had to throw it in.

That bench is sick bro. How many cycles total do you have under your belt??

The cycles i've done are

1 M1T cycle, it sucked i slept all day.
1 Halodrol cycle
1 Halodrol/Orastan A cycle
1 Test Prop/Deca/Dbol

and this one i'm doin now.

I'm 6' and my current weight is 238 so its startin to go up pretty good now.
 
O ya i forgot to mention i'm doin 100mg of Tren now ED. 75mg was good but 100mg is sooooooo much better. :twisted:

ya i added the stim free ragnarok. i was out of chaos for about a week now, so i just added the ragnarok in as my pre workout drink. the only thing that will be hard to gauge is the strength from the ragnarok. The mental focus was crazy for being stim free, i really liked that.

the only side i have gotten at all so far is a little bit of acne. the lil man is working way to well for my options down here where i live. :aargh: :toofunny:

supersoldier, is the size difference noticable after say one week of 250iu 2x of HCG? Im just curious if you can shoot it and in a day or two bam! your balls are swole.

I went back through my one of my old logs, and I think I was using 500iu per shot. But yes, it was just like what you said.
 
damn havn't had the time to update this, STUPID WORK!!! anyways i should be back on here alot more now.

an update on the cycle, goin up to 100mg of tren ED sex drive is kinda low but WHO GIVES A FCUK!!! i will be big and after my PCT i will see one of my girls and well u know the rest! :woohoo:

My heart rate went up a lil about 10bpm faster.

Nice cycle..I'd throw some prop in weeks 1-4 though...or even better test susp...I make a mean waterbase....
Looks alot like my winter cycle coming up,expect throw in 1,000mg EQ,make the tren 100mg ed,and stretch the entire cycle out to 16wks...and run the winny for 6weeks at the end instead of 4..
