first off this guy has the hardest time breathing, i guess when your that huge there isnt that much oxygen to go around...

Jay Cutler Mass Stack HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! what a joke to see him say it was what he used to win the O....I just waited for a while before i just saying "dude you are so full of sh1t". I bet he feels like an ass straight bsing everyone. He has to do it because he gets paid to do it but im sure he doesnt think much of it. Even he know MT has like the best advetising. I give it to them tho' they advertise VERY well for the people that dont do research, the average joes basically. Its funny so many people are naive and think this is what all the pros are actually using.

PS. did you see when he was do a variation of a lat pull with the rope and they labelled it "tricep pulldown"? haha thatll get alot of guys in the gym doing that for their tri's

PP, you know that he makes his living through things like this. No need to bash him. He's probably one of the most wholesome looking guys in the IFBB, making him extremely marketable.

I mean, if MuscleTech where to pay me a million dollars + every year, I wouldn't have much trouble saying those types of things. And I bet he does use thier products, in the end.

His delts were freaking enormous in that video, but once the product placement began, I closed it.

im not saying it was a bad vid or that im hating on him. I just feel like the guy doesnt really back them he's just doing it cuz he has to and gets paid to do it. He has to lie and he probably hates it but hey look at his entertainment center lol.

You know what I noticed ?

If you look at Jay Cutler's LEFT pec around the nipple there is a scar (probably from gyno extraction). It is weird because when he flexes his chest, there is a odd 'crinkle' around the left nipple.

I'm serious, take a look at several pics.

Reaper...I think a good estimate would be that every single to tier IFBB bodybuilder has had that surgery.

stare at nipples often? jk

piston-

Yeah Cutler needs an oxygen tank. It is probably better to turn off the camera and edit it so it LOOKS like they are interviewing Jay right after, but really are not. He's having a hard time catching his breath, esp after his sets.

The tricep rope pushdown thing is really odd, that's not even remotely near a tricep pushdown, but I'm sure if I saw this video 2 years ago I'd probably start doing that too to work my triceps.

Jay Cutler is a good IFBB pro who still isn't a cocky prick like all the other guys, esp for winning the Mr. Olympia. He earned it despite the advertising he does.

The only supplements that any of these pros use from the companies that sponsor them is the paycheck.

lol, I bet some of my money went towards Jay's state of the art home theatre system thing he has set up for with all the tubs of nitro-tech i used to buy before. lol

Looked like a stretch mark to me. I have one that looks like someone jabbed a chef's knife in me right under my left nipple.

The fact is, the guy has busted his ass his entire adult life to get where he is. He's friggin Mr. Olympia and it's well deserved. In contest he is simultaneously the most muscular, well defined, and symmetrical bodybuilder out there. What he has achieved is nothing short of astounding, and IMO people who hate on him for it are losers.

As for the supplements. Who knows what he uses. I guarantee he uses only Muscletech products though. Why? Because he gets them for free! I'm talking about supplements btw, not drugs. Of course he uses the standard assortment. For all you know however, some of the stuff Muscletech sells they might be selling because Jay asked them to make a product with those ingredients in it. Jay's a smart guy, I wouldn't be surprised if he does a decent bit of research himself to find out the latest and greatest stuff out there.

I think Lee Priest went over his expierence with Muscle-Tech a while ago. At one point I remember him saying they didn't care what he thought/felt about the products and just to shut up and advertise them.

I will be running out immediately and purchasing several Mass Stacks after watching this video. Thanks Jay for telling me your secret on winning the Mr. O

most symmetrical...? i dont think so. He does deserve all the credit in the world. Awesome work ethic and determination to get to the top and achieve a goal.

Yah maybe he does use the whey and once and a while the other stuff if he doesnt give it away to his kids or buddies....but ask them to make a product? I doubt it i dont think muscletech with there 10000 product researchers and developers would let that happen. Im sure he does his research but probably mostly on basic diet, training, conditioning, and the not so legal supplements. You could be right tho....him being sponsored he may want MT to carry what he wants to take since it would be free.

i would think the same with all of there reps......Just do this and say this and make sure it looks good  good job. "hey dexter youre gonna be advertising gakic for the next 3 months and jay you got aplodan!" good stuff.

After that mass stack ad bit by Jay i was like damn! these things are going to be selling like $1 virgin hookers! On every kids Christmas list lol.

I challenge anyone to be 250+ and breath normally.

EXACTLY!

I know a few guys that are older, that have to use TRT. One guy in particular is a pretty big guy, standing around 6'4" or so. He's 55 and dead lifts into the 600 range raw. In his own words he is either going to be eating like a horse on the T and growing or he's going to be getting fat off when he's of it. Theres no real in between for him. So, he has to deal with weighing around 260lbs. Hell, walking up stairs is a chore for him.

joe wieder invented this technique long before muscletech came along, it sucked then and still sucks now

But every athlete does that. I'm sure Tiger Woods doesn't drive a Buick, or Michael Jordan doesn't eat McDonald's or wear Hanes. Like the old saying goes, money makes the world go 'round.

in saying that does tiger woods attribute buicks to lengthening the distance he gets of the tee or micheal jordan claiming that mc'ds increased his jump distance at the hoop, i think not

if "cuts" cutler said that musletech sponsership money helped him win the mr o then that's all good!!

How come he jerks the weights around like that?. Just wondering because I try to use controlled movements, as I thought this was part of good form.

Dude, if you watch almost any professional bb training video, you will see the most hideous forms out there. When you do as much gear as these guys, form is not of the highest importance ;)

When you have that much gear crossing your viens all you need to do is just stimulate the muscle in some type of way, even with poor form.

I watched all those videos when i first started working out thinking that was the proper way to lift, esp since every single pro seem to lift like that. The result was tendonitis, and some type of injury somewhere in my body everytime I lifted. I'm not even exaggerating, I always had something in pain. I didn't have a training buddy or anyone to teach me otherwise.

Don't follow their training. I stopped and now I no longer have anymore injuries.

I didn't expect that kind of ignorance on a forum like this one.

Here's a wild concept for a number of you folks. Balance. Ever try bent over rows with 2 times your body weight? Know what happens when you attempt strict form with 2 times your body weight on bent over rows? YOU FALL OVER. Basic physics. Similar issues arise with many other exercises. When you go past a certain percentage of your bodyweight, or in some cases, just a certain weight at all, strict form can no longer be used. In other cases, strict form would force over development of muscles you may not want to develop much more. Remember, Jay and any other top ranking bodybuilder is concerned with symmetry.

As for injuries, when you have more muscle, especially extremely developed stabilizers, you can get away with crap form and not injure anything or at least be less likely to injure something.

jays form is horrable....my reps are a fifth of that speed,he is a marketable guy compared to the freaks in the bb world...and would much rather him win than coleman,or the others...........i think dennis wolf has a good future if he gets his calves up!

:goodpost:

my opinion other than what tiberus has said on his form is that at their calibur alot of guys are working for a pump to build muscle rather than strength and form. Gear or not these guys (minus a few and cutler is not one of em) know what they are doing. The muscle is being worked regardless and they know what works for them. Gear helps, helps alot at maintaining that size but even without gear these big pros would be bigger then avg guys anyway imo but the Gear helps no doubt.

about the tiger woods, mj comparison.....its totally different those products they endorse dont envolve thier careers directly. If you had Shaq endorsing Kmart brand shoes that would be a differe......wait he does that already lol :toofunny: But his shoes are made custom the way he wants anyway so it doesnt matter. I think he makes his shoes to be sold at low prices at kmart for the underprivledge children.

Well, you need muscular contraction which is essentially done with 'lifting weights'. Then there is the gear which stimulate protein synthesis/calcium retention/all the good stuff.

With your diet in check(high protein), taking your gear, and stimulating new muscle for growth is there something else I am missing ?

Its breathing comfortably at night while you sleep that blows anus

what you mean?? elaborate.......

what you mean?? elaborate.......

i mention blowing anus and looks who shows up!

ive pushed it up as far as 275lbs (im on my way back there with superdrola the moment, first run) and breathing while you sleep is just a *****hhh.

You snore as loud as a lawnmower and wake up with your mouth so full of bad tasting **** you have to mouth wash it out immediately. Also once you get up there in weight you can expect super sweats at all times of the day.

Just say no to goats! :head:

Much Love,

Neoborn

I think Jay shouldda won a couple of years ago as well. He's ginormous, ripped, and most importanly IMO, he doesn't look like he's 8 months pregnant like most of the other pros.

Jay when he sucks in is stomach kinda has a vacuum going on. I don't think any other IFBB can get as close as Jay can to this.
